Never again it stopped working after 5 weeks. A replacement was sent after troubleshooting over phone for 45 minutes and replacement did not even work. I am not satisfied with the customer service from Fitbit at all.

Somewhat disappointed to find that some of the new features (Stress Management)don’t work at all, and other features only partially. First response after contacting customer support was a “no- response” answer. After repeated inquirow waiting to see if one suggestion will work.

Faulty device, no help from Best Buy or Fitbit

Best Buy sent me a faulty device. The device restarts constantly, waking me up because it vibrates when it restarts. It didn't start doing it until after the Best Buy return period, Best Buy has refused to help me. A Fitbit return authorization almost impossible to get, they demand an "order number" that I can't seem to find anywhere. Probably the most unsatifactory major purchase I've made in a long time.

This is a great watch for someone that has never had a smartwatch or who have never had a fitness watch. Other than that, this is not worth the money. Data is given back in "pretty colors" not useable numbers. Premium membership offers no useable information. The overall use of the watch on the screen feels very juvenile and clunky to me. I switched to this after my Samsung Active died. I wish now that I just got another Samsung. It has useable, real-time data. The Samsung also has safe guards to give accurate step counts. On the Fitbit I can shake my hand and increase the steps. That is way wrong.

Not that great; barely even used it. When trying to use it, it died extremely quickly and I just saw the battery drain right before my eyes. I was unable to return it because I accidentally left it in my sister's home while she was on vacation (and now I'm stuck with this overpriced timepiece).
