The good: - Nice range of apps, including ECG and pulse-ox The not-so-good: - Battery life is less than three days even with minimal use - Bulky enough to be uncomfortable for some sleeping positions The bad: - Went into an unrecoverable restart loop after I'd owned it about three months. Getting replaced under the 1-year warranty, but I'm not optimistic about getting more than a year of use out of this purchase, even with warranty replacements. That plus the hassle of doing the warranty replacement(s) makes this a pretty lousy value compared to comparable smart watches. I was overall happier with my much less expensive three-year-old Charge 3, which I've gone back to using while I wait for a replacement.

I recently had a hear attack, so I purchased the Fibit Sense for a heart rate monitor and fitness tracker. After two days, I returned it. I found the step tracking was more than the Fitbit One by quite a lot due to being worn on the wrist. The heart rate monitor was sporadic at best. Also, it did not sync well with my iPhone. I found all of the metrics that the Sense gathers didn't really tell you anything. Instead of the Sense, I purchased a Polar OH1 heart rate monitor and kept the Fitbit One for steps. The Polar OH1 does one thing and does it accurately.

Not reliable in my opinion. My wife uses the fitbit to track her steps. She has had 2 of them have their faces come off. I have uses the galaxy acrive 2 for over a year to walk. Wift, work , paint and it has no issues. This was pur last fitbit eatch purchase.

1 year in and it just quit. No charge, no response, nothing. I expect better quality from a smart watch. First time going away from the Samsung watches, but I guess this one is even worse. Highly regret it. What a waste of money.

I lost my old one so bought a new one and this new one is not great. It dies after 24 hours, and the old one lasted easily 5 days. It is a huge inconvenience and I am looking into new watches.

If you're not tech savy.... good luck! I mostly got it to keep a record of my sleep habits. I've had this for roughly 3weeks and it has recorded 5 days :( It told me to loosen the strap - it recorded 2 days....so it's too tight or too loose!!! Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️
