Build quality is very bad. Touch screen is non responsive and sluggish. SPO2 measurement can only be done if we change the watch face to a particular one and sleep with it. Very bad - will never use fitbit again.

less than 3 weeks wearing...normal daily activities, while cleaning my house...the screen cracked. NOT fixable, im told....i wanted to purchase screen protector from best buy at time of purchase...THEY DID NOT CARRY in store...i ordered from amazon, and due to the extreme mail issues.. i received them 2 days after the incident...These are too expensive to be disposable...they should come with protectors or the option to purchase care...neither applied...most of ppl i know wear apple watches...and have NEVER had these issues...very few have ever bought screen protectors...very dissappointed

Batteries dead every other morning! Need I say more? I've looked everywhere for settings to change to save battery. Dang, I ordered two! Huge waste. I can also get hundreds of steps by rubbing my bald head. God awful!

Setup was difficult (for me) going from an AppleWatch to this. I returned it because it just got too frustrating. But I f this is your 1st fitness watch you may enjoy it.

My shopping experience at Best Buy was great. The FitBit I purchased isn’t doesn’t alert me for text messages. It’s like a hit or miss. My ionic was much better. I regret buying this.

I purchased this watch specifically because it is advertised as having an O2 monitor. It does not. the watch requires the installation of an app-- despite numerous attempts and several calls with fitbit and getting different answers i still does not work. It seems that despite advertising the watch as having this feature it does not have the necessary software installed and it is unclear when the latest software update will be available!

I purchssed this item in March of 2021 and it no longer charges in November of 2022. I loved it while it lasted. But lifespan makes it a poor investment.

I've been a fan of fitbit since the start but this product is so inaccurate step wise it's not worth it. I stopped wearing it and went back to my Fitbit Charge hr 2 which is still accurate but has a cracked screen. Fitbit sent me a replacement still inaccurate. Wore the Charge hr 2 and the sense, the sense left off 750 steps out of 10,000 on a treadmill walk. I counted the steps. If you try to use this devices for anything but heart rate, steps, etc....to get 2 days battery use out of it tops

Worked great from when I got it in October 2020 until today June 2022. The screen just popped off, wasn't doing anything weird, just heard clicking sound and looked down and the screen was flopping loose hanging on by a cable. Spoke with fitbit support and they told me it was out of warranty, despite this clearly being a defect with the device (which after googling is not uncommon). I was offered a discount on a new one, told them to kiss my butt and it's the last time I will buy a device from fitbit.

Very bad, extremely disappointed ☹️... ... I had to call Fitbit 5 times. 3 in the first 2 days. This smartwatch has too many bugs and glitches for a $300 watch. Shuts off randomly, loses GPS signal, don't play downloaded music as advertised. It will only control music from your phone. It is completely overpriced!!! Please don't buy any Fitbit pretending to be a smartwatch. Great fitness devices terrible smart watches. Went for a run it lost half my run data because it lost GPS. Second day went for a run it just shut off while I was running.

Poor battery life. SPO2 only checks overnight not on request. Temperature is only monitored overnight giving a variance in your temperature. Very disappointed in this "smart watch." Considering a return...

I got this as a replacement for my samsung waych4. I was having trouble with the heart rate sensor working. I was really disappointed in the fitbit. It didn't have nearly the features that the Samsung did, unless you purchased a subscription. It was also more complicated to navigate. I returned it after 2 days. The function and look was fine but the features were sorely lacking.

I had the sense for just under a year when the screen came off the body of the watch. Fitbit replaced it under warranty, but the replacement watch had the same thing happen less then 6 months after getting it. Buyer beware the screens seem to pop off right after the 1 year warranty expires then they will only offer 50% off a new watch. The only reason I give it a 1 star is because it did what it was supposed to tracking steps and sleep metrics

I've had the Fitbit Sense for a few months and my battery last 2-3 days, when the advertisement state 6+ days. I don't use anything but the exercise apps and watch.
