Decent Smart Watch, Absolute Garbage HRM

If you're looking for a smart watch that tracks light exercise, like walking, then this is a good buy, If you're serious about workouts, look elsewhere. The heart rate function is wildly inaccurate, and causes more frustration than anything else. After doing an hour boot camp my HR max was 90. I tried wearing it higher on the wrist, and tighter, but I had the same results the next day. When I had the Fitbit Charge, it would give a more accurate reading when compared to my chest strap HRM.

    OK but ...

I decided that there were too many features that were handled on other devices. Also it was not comfortable on my wrist, too big, it was snagging on things. Returned it and got an Inspire 2.

My husband wanted this to track his fitness and Heart rate. Discovered after he was setting it up that it 'didn't monitor a heart rate as low as his. Had to return it.

Piece of crap, walk up one step it is counted as an entire flight, the major pain is wrestling with the dam chargers I have to douse the watch fittings in alcohol to make the connection the connector fittings push back into the casing over time, the band breaks free of the watch. I'm on my third charger. I had 3 good fitbit's prior to this crap they really dropped the ball on this one .

Buy Fitbit Watches if You Like to Pay for Garbage

I've had 4 Fitbits now and wanted to stay with them because of my app history. But OMG! I can't do it anymore. They are complete garbage watches. My latest one lost its ability to take a charge after just one year, and now after about 18 months I'm giving up and never getting another Fitbit again. Buy if you like to pay a lot of money for garbage. Otherwise, buy something else.

Changed from a Fitbit Ionic to the Sense thinking that the added fetchers would be nice to have. Biggest mistake I made. Fitbit had a great product be for the buy out by Google. The product would work on almost anything from a phone to the tablet or computer. Thy say it will work with OS8 or better but that is not the case. So I will give the Sense a 4 star rate in what it is supposed to do but only 1 Star for compatibility and could not recommend any of the current Fitbit line of products.

This watch is horrible I don't know if you have them refurbish but I have had to purchase 2 from you and return the one and get a new 1 this is a bunch of crap I have friends that have them and have never had any trouble I think these are used because it is not working properly working properly and other people do not have a problem for as much as I spent on it. I would give it a zero if there was one

Not working out of the box because the charger did not work. Still waiting on a charger from Fitbit to see if this is an issue. I have been waiting 5 days, to problem solve on a 300.00 purchase. do you see where I am coming from? The band is cheap and the way it fastens will more than likely cause you to lose it. So you can purchase yet another Fitbit.

Bought for my mom. 6 weeks later and it stopped powering on. I figured this was easier than a samsung watch and when it worked it was great.

    AVOID THIS FITBIT

I have been a Fitbit user for 7 years, but my experience with the Sense has inspired me to look at other options. The failure with this watch is the lack of button and the charging experience. The magnetic charger with exterior pins is extremely finicky. It stopped charging after less than 6 weeks of use. Fitbit support has been awful to deal with on top of the poorly designed product

    Worst Battery Life Ever

The battery life of this device is TERRIBLE, you call fitbit and all they can tell you is to turn off all of the features, GPS, Sleep tracking, dim the screen, keep the screen always off. I tried all of this and it still only lasted 2 days at most, in which case what is the point of having this device! I am going to return it and go back to my Viva the battery lasted a week and still had most of the same features.

The smart watch features are worse than the Versa 2. By far. And since I keep my phone on silent, I can't get updates from my phone (no alerts happen if you're phone is on silent by design.) Ou can't scroll through calls or messages... only have alerts. It's a really expensive step counter and sleep tracker.

Too many core features don't arrive until next month or later at this point it feels just like the versa 2 making it not nearly worth it's price tag

So disappointing that I bought 2, one for me, one for my mom. We have an illness that a heart rate monitor was necessary. Hers stopped working and got ridiculously hot when trying to charge 1 week after purchase. she didn't tell me. Mine keeps not connecting to Wifi. VERY POOR Experience - and no recourse! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS JUNK!

I like this fitbit as it does well with tracking sleep , exersize, heart rate and so much more, its got great battery life , decent design and many bands and accessories to choose from to personalize to you , however the only down side is the release mechanism could be better i keep switching my bands to match my style and over time the button that releases the band wore out to where i cant even put a new band in with out it falling out every so often but overall its a decent watch with lots of useful features to enjoy
