Fitbit Sense refuses to charge!
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned the fitbit sense for approximately 22 months. About 2 months ago it quit charging. After research I found that wiping the underside of the watch with alcohol cleaning contacts it finally began charging again. Now it has failed to charge with cleaning. It has now officially become useless. Do not waste your money on this product unless you want to replace it every 18 months or so.

Terrible FitBit
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is terrible. After barely 3 months, the phone doesn't charge. I called FitBit support and went through an alcohol device clean-up process at the the back of the watch and the charging unit. Why would anyone want to do that after paying $300+ on this device? Please save yourself time and just get a Samsung galaxy watch. I have one and has had it for 4 years without issues.

Great concept - not ready for primetime
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted to give it some time to see if it got better but the reviews were spot on. Added active zone minutes I never completed, EDA sensor doesn't work, unpredictable and erratic heart sensor. It was basically the versa but less accurate. I think it has great potential but they should have finished developing it before releasing it. Returned.

DO NOT BUY
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was used 3 times since Christmas, and does not even work or detect a pulse or track heart beat while working out. We spent several hours on the phone with FitBit technical support only to offer a refurbished, second-hand, one. We bought it brand new for 300.00 and wasn't offered a new one. It went out the day before a return was no longer allowed. Thanks.

Piece of Crap
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is a piece of crap. If you want a watch to tell time with, it's great. If you want it to do anything else or stay synced with the FitBit app, DON'T buy it. I used to like FitBit products but not after wasting my money on this one.

Waste of money
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this watch because of all the special features like the o2 monitor. The only time it monitors o2 is when your sleeping. The watch does a horrible job at tracking exercises. When you select an exercise it pauses midway without any notice. The speaker on the watch is so quiet at full volume it can barely be heard. The text message interface is read only. This watch is strictly ornamental.

Not worth the price.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The display got scrambled after 3 months. It was always on, despite the settings that I put in for battery saving. It totally died before it was 6 months old. The battery life went from 6 days to 3 days within 4 months. It was totally inaccurate in the number of stairs taken, and occasionally in the number of steps taken.

Don't Buy
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Died within 90 days. Best Buy will not take it back. They have a 15 day return policy. Wedding be buying from here again or this watch. I loved it and wore it everyday until it died. The charger sucked from the beginning. Ones of the offerings would get stuck in the down position from the first use. Should of returned it then! Intern Sucks. Best Buy sucks

Trouble to turn the screen on.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice watch, but it took too many wrist shakes to turn the screen on, very impractical.

TOTAL PIECE OF GARBAGE
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ranging from the poor quality of construction to the fact it has difficultly syncing and loose data. Add to that a battery that won't stay charged. My favorite is an CONSTANT SPAMMING demanding that I set up the wallet and supports answer, just give us a credit card. My Blaze was wonderful, this is garbage and I am questioning if I will ever buy fit bit again.

Terrible
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This broke within 3 weeks of purchase, just outside the 14 day window for returns through Best Buy. Fitbit did replace it, but the entire process took 5 weeks before when it broke and when I received my replacement. Then two months later the replacement broke too! Absolutely terrible!

Single missplaced button is horrible (steer clear)
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The single misplaced button (not a button) is an engineering biomechanics failure. It is not a button, it is not even placed at a place that is usable. Over all I was very disappointed in the Sense. I have owned an Ionic for many years, chose it over an Apple Watch but the Sense drove me back to Apple. Better luck next time. Flush the engineering crew.
