Fitbit - Sense Advanced Health & Fitness Smartwatc

The Fitbit - Sense Advanced Health & Fitness Smartwatch is a piece of junk. It requires a Fitbit account to be of very limited use. Fitbit devices should be fully functional without any contact whatsoever with Fitbit. Otherwise, Fitbit is showing its disdain and disrespect of customers. In short, the Fitbit - Sense Advanced Health & Fitness Smartwatch is a waste of money.

Too many apps to set up just to use it. Too new at the store. Employees need to know more about this

Not very happy with this item. They didn’t allow the purchases of insurance anymore. This is the second Fitbit watch that I have purchase and the entire face of the watch separated from the base! I have recently purchased an iPhone watch without any problems to date! I don’t recommend you purchase a the Fitbit watch at all!

This was my third Fitbit, replacing a Versa that stopped working after almost four years. The Sense was a nice upgrade to the latest features. However, it died in less than a month. It was charged at 80% and then 5 minutes later had a black screen and never displayed anything again. Returned it and bought a Versa 2.

Only had it for a week and I was IP banned from Fitbit, so I couldn't access the app or the information that I wanted to. After that was resolved the watch itself would not allow me to swipe or access any of the apps and only would display my steps and the time. Made me school because I actually liked the watch.

Worse purchase ever made. This was bought for my husband for our anniversary in December. 4 weeks later, he was working in the yard and the band opened up and the watch fell off his wrist and broke in several places. For a $300 watch you would think the band would hold up better than that. Fitbit is off the books for us.

Terrible device. It couldn’t complete the app download. It started 1/4 of the way then froze. Tried a factory reset but it didn’t work. Finally it stopped working all together and wouldn’t take a charge. The only good thing is, I was able to return it and get my money back.

Must have been defective it would not sync. It was not recording my steps and it would only receive random notifications. Took two days to load a new clock. I mainly bought it to monitor my heart but even that would not work well it show show workout heartbeat over an hour later. By then I could be dead.

I brought three of these watches, before I figured out that the magnetic field on my job was killing these devices charging ability. I brought the Apple Watch and it works just fine, charges back up with not problems.

All the bells and whistles with Premium and the App aren't worth it bc it can't accurately read your heart rate during medium or higher exercise. Go with a watch that at least has the option to pair with a real heart rate monitor you can wear on your chest.
