Went to return it. Same day. Didn’t even get chance to open it. The woman behind register OPENS IT. Then said it can’t be returned rudely. When she the one who opened it. Managers refused to talk to me. When i was given box k ant got home realized was no fit bit in box.

I bought this about a month ago for my deaf mother in law. It already won’t charge. Now I have to run to a local Best Buy that’s over an hour away. I’m a nurse. I work 60 plus hours a week. I don’t have time for this or extra money to throw away.

I honestly hate this watch and wish I could return it. The battery life is horrible... I don't use any of the special features and the battery ( just using as a watch/step counter) lasts 3 days... Save your money and get something less expensive...

I loved the watch for about 5 days before I fell on ice + the screen was crushed. What was upsetting is learning the warranty does not cover screen damage. Now I have $160 unusable watch.

This product broke after 5 months. The customer service is atrocious. They say because this is an "ongoing issue", warranty does not cover it. I've left several comments and reviews and forum posts and many other people have this exact same issue

Fitbit died today. Lately it had been resetting, I tried calling fitbit who did nothing. Today it's went into another test mode and then promptly and officially died. Thankfully Fitbit is going to give me a different one but no doubt it will be refurbished.

Crashed after exactly a month and manufacturer would not exchange and it was past the return date at store. This was a birthday present for wife but now she just has a broken smart watch. Save your money and get something else.

DO NOT BUY FROM BESTBUY only 14 days return. My Fitbit stopped working after 20 days.

Its really great but if you want any of the advance features you have to sign up and pay for subscription and upgraded to a metal band was better then the one it came with. The one it came with causes itching

I purchased this Mar 26 2021 Approximately 6weeks ago the screen departed from the watch. I contacted the company and was sent a mailing label for warranty replacement. I have heard nothing since.

bought this watch on Oct 1 2020. Already having issues with the battery. Says its 100% charged and when you take it off the charger it goes to 94%. Not what I would expect for a watch that cost over 300 dollars.

Suffered from an issue many other purchasers of this specific model have noted online - the screen will freeze and you will not be able to reset it. Returned it. May need time to work out the bugs.

I appreciate that it helped my father in laws health data compiled since 2010! This device has been great, he loved the smart watches that also track sleep and vibrate to wake up, and remind to get up and move around every hour. The bonus of getting text messages on the watch, seeing calendar reminders pop up, check the weather, etc has been great.

I've had this fitbit for a little over a year and it completely stopped working. Screen is frozen with the fitbit emblem and wont come undone.

I had a hard time setting it up . im very unhappy with the sense as it has to be charged about every 3 days . all in all i think it was a waste of money

Poor product, It stopped working the next day. I had to send it back to fit bit and the replacement didn’t come until 7/2. Not worth the trouble or hassle.

Don't waste your money on this product. It is off in tracking my exercise and sleep. Maybe the other Fit Bit products work, but this does not!

The first watch stopped working and couldn't sink. I haven't done anything with the the new replacement. I don't like it. I'll take my business to other places.

An ABSOLUTE piece of crap and do not even try to contact the company. It is a total waste of time. It is going back to BB after two hours of owing it.
