Returned-too complicated and not what I thought I wanted.

I returned this item for one more a smaller version.

Software not ready for prime time! Had to return it

I LOVE THIS WATCH! It is perfect for everyday use as well as physical activity tracking. It keeps track of my heart rate, steps, active time, sleep, and so much more. I think it is a great value product. It also has great battery life. I can go days without charging it. You also have the option to receive text and call notifications. I love being able to turn these off and on as I please. It is great for my daily, college lifestyle. Best Buy College Crew members receive products to write honest, unbiased reviews. This is my fourth FitBit. I started with the one that grew a flower the more you exercised the more the flower grew. Then, I had the small one that you hook onto your jeans and I lost it. FitBit sent me a replacement for free! Then the smaller one that goes on the arm and I love this FitBit Sense Advanced the best. It has a long battery life, clear screen (face) that you can change, is accurate and pretty to wear. I have had this one for almost a year and have had zero problems. And if I did, I know FitBit would be there to help. I give it 100%

I love my fitbit, there was a software update recently that has made it so much better. Heart rate, sleep quality, steps are the features I enjoy.

My husband and I just bought two of these for health reasons. Found it had easy set up and covered more than needed but love the extras. Our last fitbits versa 2 worked great for about 3-4 years but my husbands started having green lines which we could fix and mine just stopped. Lucky to get the new ones at $100 cheaper too!

Love Fitbit been buying them for years nothing better than tracking my sleep, steps, heart rate, etc .

I have really enjoyed my watch. I wish there were more options as far as the screen background and designs. Battery will last a couple days.

Love this watch! I had an Iwatch for years and hated it. I love love love this watch. It shows so much more details about your health and sleep patterns.

Fitbit is a game changer love the battery life is.

I returned this so-called smartwatch. I had CONSTANT issues with it. Apps such as Alexa and text message notifications suddenly, randomly and constantly stop working and/or disappear from the watch. The weather app wouldn't update unless I synced the watch with my iPhone, which made it utterly useless. Even the native apps like the ECG and EDA scan - which were supposedly what made this watch so great - frequently resulted in error messages that the watch can't find the phone (even when they are literally side by side). For a supposed smartwatch - much less one that cost $330 - this thing is a joke. Returned and bought an Apple Watch. While the Apple Watch's battery life is admittedly sub-par, at least it works...and for only $60 more. Even as a long-time user of Fitbits, I cannot recommend the Sense.

Nice watch love it does everything keep up with my steps

Could not sync this watch with my iPhone 6 plus, Battery life was pretty decent.

It has decent features. First one I purchased was defective so I went in store to replace it. Second one worked and the battery just went dead and no longer holds a charge. I cant complain too much though. The second one lasted about 2.5 years.

Very helpful in monitoring a variety of activities, letting you see where you are and where you can improve. Long battery charge. Comfortable and waterproof.

Great watch, no complaints! My parents both love their watch!
