Not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It fits well and comfortable. That is it's best feature. Disconnects from phone often requiring to open the Fitbit app. Water logging almost every day finishes with zero when looking at the watch. Internal speaker is very quite! Smart assistant will only take VERY basic commands. Will be returning.

love it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Versa 3 and this is such a change but a much needed change. The size, the apps, the options everything is an upgrade.

Frustrating to use this watch.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like many others here, I have found the button on the left side of the bezel much to sensitive to accidental input. I have only to flex my wrist and the watch is in exercise/GPS mode for no reason. This happens several times a day, and as a result, my exercise activity is inaccurate, my BMR is incorrect, and I have several GPS maps of my home to delete daily. I have had this watch for a little over a year and despite losing a great deal of weight, this is still problematic even with a very normal BMI. I thought it would resolve with less tissue near the switch. It hasn't. I get less than 36 hours of battery life. A second problem is the EKG function. I am a retired critical care nurse and because part of the reason I wear the Sense is to monitor my intermittent A-fib, I like to be able to read the EKG waveform as it is happening, as I've done for over 30 years. When one starts the EKG function, the timer face is directly over the center of the waveform-so I'm trying to catch the baseline, P and QRS complexes as it moves from left to right. Just frustrating! I like the sleep monitoring function. I have a history of sleep apnea, part of the reason for my deliberate weight loss. It has been helpful monitoring my SpO2 levels to see if there are excessive or abnormal variations. I'll be losing the CPAP and this is something I want to continue to monitor. But it will be with a different watch. I am looking the Garmin Venu 2s. Hopefully I won't be needing to charge it every day or have the battery die in the middle of the night. And about monitoring the battery-There needs to be an icon on the watch itself showing how much battery life is left! I have the watch on me, but the phone is either in my purse or in another part of the house.

Great watch with an awful band!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the features, Hated the band, so have already replaced it. The app works great. Nice having the Pro version to try. Still unsure that I'll extend it.

Just get an apple watch.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a gift while it was on sale, it died within a week. Fitbit sent me a replacement. The side button chooses when it wants to work, the heart rate monitoring hasnt been accurate on many occasions. I could be in the middle of a workout and my HR counts in the low 100s, or i could be sitting at the desk and still calculates to the low 100s. I think if I knew then what I know now. I'd get an apple watch.

Overpriced and underpowered
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch is not worth the price hike from the Versa 3 or 2 for that matter. The step count is astronomically wrong on all counts; scratching your head grants you an extra 20 steps and even turning the steering wheel driving is guaranteed to boost your numbers. That's all fine and dandy if you just want to feel good about yourself but that's useless for gauging any kind of fitness metrics. Sync problems constantly plague this device, usually requiring you to turn bluetooth off and on again which really defeats the purpose of having notifications at a glance. Want to control your music from your watch? Good luck getting that to work consistently. And yes, i understand that it's supposed to be operating on "low power bluetooth connectivity" but that doesn't help when i can't see new notifications from my phone. The capacitive touch button on the left of the device gets pressed if you bend your wrist back so you practically have to wear it on your forearm to get around that. The one redeeming quality of this is the device's battery life. Usually i can go a week without charging it but that's probably only because it's never using power communicating through bluetooth to my phone. Franky, if battery life is your only concern then save yourself the heartache and get the Versa 2. The (useful) features are all the same and it's cheaper.

Almost round, not round
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's almost round. Why not make it round. The shape alone drives me away from this smartwatch. If it turns round, I will take another look.

Not worth it, zero device longevity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box I needed support help to assist with synching and using the heart sensor. It was erroring and just not working. Two months from purchase the screen died. Called support again, they knew of the issue and immediately asked me to send my watch back...I have to go out if my way to ship it and pay for shipping and then within 5 days from receiving it, then they ship another one to me (probably a refurb). Additionally, your warranty will not reset with the new device so fingers crossed this doesn't happen again or else I'm out $300. This is ridiculous. I will wait for my replacement and then sell it or something and use that money to buy a Samsung or Garmin. Back to researching for a better watch. Lastly, the screen hardly ever turns on when I turn my wrist to see the time. 60% of the time I have to touch the sensor to wake up my screen.

Not worth it and won't last
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love the Fitbit. I bought my first one and it lasted around 1 year and stopped holding charge right after warranty expired. I thought maybe it's a fluke, so I bought another one and a year later this one won't even turn on. Both times completely random. It wasn't like I was swimming with it or just dropped it, I'd just wake up in the morning it stops holding charge. Do yourself a favor and just buy the apple watch. better quality product built to last. I would have saved myself $500 bucks if I just did that from the beginning.
