Great if you can get it to work with the charger!

The watch itself works great and I love all the extra data from having a free premium membership for 6 months BUT after only about a week of ownership the charger started malfunctioning. As it is now they are sending me a new one but I will have to limp it along till it gets here. I got rid of my charge 3 due to the same issues (even after I bought a new charger). If this new one goes bad too I will get a refund on the whole thing and go with an Apple watch. VERY frustrating! Also, they claim 6 days of battery life but within 24 hours the charge goes from 100% to 75% so I seriously doubt that.

    Won't buy another fitbit

Don't buy unless you don't mind replacing it every year. My first sense died within the warranty period and was replaced. The replacement lasted less than 2 months longer than the 1 year warranty, and therefore was not eligible for replacement. The quality of these devices obviously isn't great. I was offered a discount to purchase a new fitbit but I will be looking elsewhere for something that will hopefully last longer.

NOT compatible with Android 13 and they know about

If I could give zero stars, I would! If you have an Android phone with Android 13, don't bother. Your Fitbit is useless. They have known about incompatibility with Android 13 for months and have failed to resolve the issue. I patiently waited until 1-20-23 because I was told the problem would be resolved with the update to the app on 1-19-23. They lied, it's not fixed. Don't waste your money. Support will doggie walk you all arould the world with troubleshooting stalling tactics. Don't do it.

Nothing to write home about - buyers remorse

Lots of bells and whistles, but it's not super user friendly. I used to have an Alta HR and that one would break down the sleep cycles so you could see what time you were waking up. Sense doesn't have that function. I have problems with Sense syncing with my Android device. I never had a problem with my Alta HR. I wonder why I spent all this money to upgrade something that was working just fine now. The thing you do get with Sense is oxygen readings, which is interesting. Other than that, it's more for looks in my opinion.

A variety of things to track and great programs.

I really love all the different things I can track with my Fitbit. It has really helped me get a handle on things. My sleeps, temperature, activity. The only thing is I wish it did have a better Oxygen plus ox that you can track daily. Whenever you need to. Cause of Post Covid it is really a must.

Do not buy a Fitbit product. It is a waste of mone

My Fitbit Sense only lasted 4 months before it started having problems. I would'nt receive messages, it started needing charged everyday, and it wouldn't sync on some days. On the 5th month it stopped charging all together. I had to send it in for a replacement. I mailed my fitbit sense in on May 3, 2021. I was told today (5/30/21) my replacement still has not shipped and it will be 7-10 days (excluding weekends) after it is shipped for me to receive my replacement. Firbit has poor quality devices and poor customer service. I've had fitbit for years. The products are going up in price but down in quality. I will never buy another Fitbit. I had problems with the ionic after one year. The Sense didn't even last 5 months. I am not the only disappointmented customer. Please save your money and do your research. Unless, you like to pay to be frustrated and disappointed. I couldn't add any pictures because i don't have my fitbit or the replacement.

    Disappointing

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I've had the sense now for 3 days. Whoever designed the band should be fired. I can't believe how difficult it is to put the watch on. I'm going to be changing to a new band as soon as I can find one. Also, a number of health metrics such as SP02, breathing rate, heart rate variability, and skin temperature only work while you are sleeping. This makes no sense to me and I didn't find it in any of the item descriptions on the fitbit website. That's very frustrating since I hate wearing a watch while sleeping. The app is also very disappointing. It is not intuitive at all and I struggle every time I use it to find what I am looking for. Also limited user changed settings. For instance, who displays 4 pm on the watch as 0400. It is either 4:00, or 4:00 pm or 16:00. But there is no way to change this without changing the entire clock face to a different design. There may be good things about this watch, but I've been so disappointed with the very first things that I've tried to do that I can't find them.

Overall, good product. The screen is a little touchy/sensitive at times but I like all that the sense has to offer

This was great, until Fitbit pushed some software update, now like many, many others, I have a bricked tracker stuck on the fitbit logo, one month out of warranty, of course.

This is a piece of junk. My Versa was 4 years old and never had a scratch and I was never careful with this. I've had this watch 23 days and the face is cracked when I bumped it wearing a long sleeve shirt. Inferior manufacturing and materials. Stay away!!!!!!!

    Not worth the $200 - $300 Investment!

Definitely not worth your $200 - $300! Mine lasted ~ 1 year before charging issues popped up. Then 3 months of having to fiddle with the charger to make it "catch" on the device and charge. Now no charging at all. I have a $200 watch that doesn't work. Fitbit's "Customer Service" response - here's a 35% off voucher for your next hand weight! No thanks. I'll dump money into a smart watch that has a design life longer than 1 year.

    Huge disappointment

I was so excited to buy my Sense yesterday. I've used Fitbit loyally for over a decade. All of the models I had have worked well and consistently. Until the Sense. Pros: It's streamlined, sleek, beautiful. I love how it feels. The band is comfortable and light. I don't notice it. The display is easy to read. I was especially excited about the insights into stress and heart rate it promised to yield. Its appearance, comfort, and potential are the only reason I'm giving it any stars. Cons: The HR monitor (a feature that worked well in older, less fancy models) does not accurately record HR. And this is apparently a well-known problem. During two brisk walks, I noticed that the Sense barely registered any HR change (which means it doesn't not record "active zone minutes"). I've done the same walk every day for 220+ days with my Charge and have had consistent heart rate readings. The Sense barely registered a change in HR from being sedentary. I did a spinning workout. The bike sensors (which usually registered a lower HR than my Charge did) recorded a higher heart (20-30 beats higher) than the Sense. The Sense barely registered a rise in HR, even though I was breathing heavily and sweating. I went online to the Fitbit Community and, since last Sept when the Sense came out, users have complained about the device's inaccurate HR readings. That Fitbit hasn't addressed the problem at all in the past nine months is troubling and appalling. I really wanted to love this device. I have loved Fitbit for years. I don't want to switch to a new brand and lose all of my data. But at this point, after reading how hundreds of others have experienced this issue, and Fitbit has done nothing for 9 months, it seems like that's the only option for me. If you don't care about tracking your HR and stress, it's probably a fine device.

    Fitbit trackers are highly inaccurate

Do not purchase this watch if you're looking for accurate monitoring. Search online for 'Fitbit heart rate not accurate' and you will find so many users reporting issues for YEARS that are not being addressed by Fitbit.
