Just a watch - NOT smart

I loved it when it worked. But a little over a year, and the green light went off and it stopped tracking hr, breathing rate, sleep, and steps. Fitbit had me do a factory reset and it started working for 2 hours, and stopped. Fitbit customer service offered me a 35% coupon for a new Fitbit product - no thanks! I am going with Garmin or Apple Watch. Don't waste your money!

    Bad watch, bad service.

I got this top-of-the-line smart watch and also the accompanying protection plan in early December. It stopped charging around New Year's Day and died. I got online and found a fair sized community of people having similar problems and who were very unhappy with their purchases. In my opinion, the Sense is poorly designed or poorly manufactured and perhaps rushed to market too soon. Anyway, I got in touch with tech support, went through all the requested troubleshooting and finally got approval for a replacement on January 7th. I printed out their mailing label and sent the Sense back the following day. Unlike Amazon, they will not send a replacement until they receive my bad Sense even though they were able to provide the USPS tracking number for my bad Sense which shows that it's clearly in transit to them. According to Fitbit support, it should arrive at their warehouse on January 25th and I should receive my replacement 5-7 business days later, or a little over a month since it failed. The Fitbit Sense has proven to me to be a shoddy product with an intolerably slow exchange policy. Okay, I'm done ranting now :(

    Flaming piece of cr@p

These things have a syncing issue. My wife bought this for me in April as a gift. Within a month and a half it stopped syncing. Every time I contact support they repeat the same routine to try to get results. Their suggestions don’t work. The only time it will sync is when it completely discharges the battery and is recharged. That’s not practical. That’s not why I purchased it. I purchased it for daily fitness analytics. If you look at their support forums you’ll see this is a COMMON problem. The last service rep I chatted with even acknowledged the problem and said they’re working on it. Some of the post are from a year ago, so clearly they’re not working on it that hard. Frankly, some of their responses have been borderline condescending. I have been a Fitbit customer for since the original Fitbit tracker, but I’m done. We’ve had problems with a vast majority of their products. Customer service has always been helpful and replaced anything that wasn’t working. But the fact they’re brushing me off over a known issue on a $300 dollar item is infuriating. Avoid this product at all costs. It’s not worth the hassle when other companies offer almost identical products.

Fake Stats. It just makes up data. Not real data.

It records everything even though you dont wear it. It records sleep, heart rate skin temperature and increase my active zone minutes when the watch is sitting on the table whole day ,lol. How ridiculous it is. And the customer service is insane, they don't respond and when they do they say i am not putting it properly on the table or where ever i keep.

I actually got this for free, shouldn't complain right. Have used for a couple of days now. Lets start with the gps, very accurate until it disconnects which is frequent.. step count..to get to 10000 steps that usually means 3.1 miles..well today i did 2.5 miles, only credited with 5600 steps,, so i would say this is also off

    Upsetting product and needs refinement

Well; I purchased from FitBit directly. So, this is a rating on the product. Within 3 weeks the watch started going nuts and kept vibrating and cycling through shortcut menus and Alexa. FitBit gave me the run around on replacing it (so I suggest buying from Best Buy because they would just straight up return it). I think the touch capacitive button caused the issue I dealt with. Very upsetting for sure...especially since I’ve owned multiple FitBits and loved them.

    Smartwatch with bugs

Used it for less than 2 weeks after buying. and found that it is smartwatch with bugs, which does not detect sleep data correctly. Consider you as in deep sleep sometimes if you remove it after you wakeup up in morning and keep it on table before entering shower. Stops abruptly sending notifications to smartwatch, and you need to restart your phone app. These were easily detectable problems. Not sure what else is inaccurate. After a month long follow up they and numerous exercises with tech support, they offered to replace it, with shipping cost to be born by me. Later they provided shipping label. However i asked them to arrange pick up as i dont have time for packing and dropping a package to courier, which they are not doing and this is how i wasted my $330.

    Looks premium but terrible quality

This device has very good features on paper, but it is by far the worst device I have ever owned in terms of durability, and I'm not exaggerating at all here! I bought a Sense very early on after it became available but the screen went black after a few months. I reached to the support team and they and they replaced my device with a refurbished one. Now the refurbished device does not turn on either and they tell me it is out of warranty and there's nothing they can do! Had a Fitbit Charge for a long time and I never once had any issues. This device looks premium, but it is soooooo bad! Will never buy another Fitbit.
