    Inaccurate Heart Rate Monitor

Be aware that there are many comments on the Fitbit forums regarding inaccurate heart rate measurements. Fitbit's responsed that they acknowledge the issue, but have no solution. And the vibrate alarm is useless.

    Waste of money

I loved my Fitbit Versa and used it for years until it died. I love the Fitbit App and wanted to stick with it, so I upgraded to the Sense about 6 months ago. What a waste it’s been. Glitches constantly, never connects to GPS or even my phone’s Bluetooth. There is no button and nearly impossible to accurately start or stop exercise tracking. Further, the horrible magnet charger has tiny sensors that break easily. In 6 months, I’ve replaced cords twice. Save your money and buy something better. The good app is not worth the frustration of the device.

Looks nice, not much use for running

This Fitbit is a Cinderella story - it went from plain and practical (Surge), to pretty and useless (Sense). It is impossible to use while moving, the display does not activate when you hold up the watch, the screen requires very delicate and precise touch (try that while running) and you can't really see it anyway unless you've got fighter-jet vision. I've had at least 6 different Fitbits and they've all gone from good to not-as-good to bad. Going back to Garmin.

Charger is Poorly Designed- Fitbit is dumping this

The charger is a very poor design. Watch is good but useless w/o power. Fitbit sent me 2 free replacements in 2 months. Couldn’t use the watch for a few weeks both times. Fitbit is very aware of the issue. The 4 spring prongs are the problem on the charger. They get stuck recessed inside & will not charge. These watches are now reduced in price everywhere. I’m sure Fitbit is ready to dump this one. Don’t waste your money. I only have this one because of the battery recall on my old fitbit.

    Truly disappointed

Versa Lite I currently have works better. There is a noticeable lag in the HR monitor when exercising vigorously or taking a brisk walk. I had to stop moving for 15-20 seconds for it to catch up. The HR monitor is very accurate when it does catch up. In researching, it looks like this is a known issue. The enhanced health monitoring features are nice but dont offset the HR monitor issues. The upgraded infiniti wrist band felt nice but wasnt super easy to slip on/off - personal preference there

    As bad as it gets

Decided to try the Sense and I am overwhelmingly disappointed. 1. Cheap wristband that has to be jammed underneath itself to fasten. This makes a flat sensor to wrist interface almost impossible. I am not kidding, read the instruction manual. 2. Very laggy touchscreen 3. Intermittent syncing issues and sync always very slow. 4. Action button hard to access. You almost have to take the watch off to use it. 5. Small and hard to read display. 6. The is basically a make believe little toy that is essentially useless.

DON’T BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED

Don’t waste your time with this one. The strap is a knock off to the Apple Watch, user interface is terrible, you have to download different apps for different features, definitely not user friendly, the readings are off, you have to buy the backgrounds for your watch face. If you want to downgrade from an Apple Watch then this is the perfect piece of garbage to buy. If this was half the price then I guess it would be worth it, but for nearly $300 it’s definitely not!

Up to now I've been using my Fitbit Charge2 and have been very happy with it. I purchased the Fitbit Sense 3 weeks ago and so far I haven't been able to keep it paired to my iPhone more than a couple of hours at a time. Having it paired to my iPhone was probably my #1 reason for buying it. I'm seriously thinking of going back to my Charge2. The Fitbit Sense is just pure hyped up junk.

    Face detached

Poor quality control at Fitbit. The face of my Sense detached from the body after 1.5 years of light use. I'm not a fitness guru by any means, I bought the Sense after a major heart attack to track my rates. The same issue has happened with 2 pther people that I know, both more active than I. So it leads me to believe that there is no quality control.

    Screen Scratches easily

    Posted .

Screen shows a light scratch when the light hits it a certain way. It either arrived scratched liked this, or the scratch occurred within 3 days of nothing more than general use and no obvious incident. They really should invest more in perfecting the glass before adding additional sensor functionality that makes these devices even more expensive.

    Bad battery life.

Its a great smartwatch but the battery had to be charge daily by 8 months old. I did not use all the features because it eats up more battery life. I never got it wet either. Wont waste my money on a fitbit sence that has to be charged everyday. It says the battery should last a week. Not even close by 8 months.

    POOR QUALITY and VERY FRAGILE

Had it only 10 days and the screen cracked after soft bump. Fitbit says they can't fix them, and is not covered by warranty.

Worked for a month. Just enough time to be outside the return period. Typical Fitbit
