Bought this on sale which was a great price on it’s own. No trouble at all finding the watch on the shelves, they were right up front in the store.

Great watch but heart rates are inaccurate for the first 30 mins when exercising. The charger should be installed with caution as the post can break off very easily.

The reason for my 2 star review is that the watch died right before the 1 year warranty. It was replaced which was good. So then I was given a trial for Fitbit Premium, which I was automatically billed 1 year for. Then the new watch died after 6 months with 6 months still to go on the Fitbit Premium. No Reimbursement for Fitbit Premium, if you pay for a year. So be careful when subscribing to Fitbit Premium for a year, you will not be reimbursed if your watch dies,

Great watch keeps up with step very well, love that I can push a cart in a store and not have to worry about swinging my wrist like some fitbits I had in the past. My only compliant that I might have against the watch is the it definitely gets confused at times with how many floors I have done. I walk a track out door and while it’s not completely flat the elevation change is very small but usually when I’m done walking sometimes it says I have done up to 15 floors sometimes. I definitely like it more than old ones I had and my Apple Watch.

I had to replace my Fitbit Ionic as it was recalled and discontinued. Though I like the style of the Ionic better than the Sense I like the overall performance of the Sense. The battery lasts a long time. It has the most features of any Fitbit and works seamlessly with the Fitbit app. Overall very happy with it.

My wife’s third Fitbit model and the one she likes best. We shall see if it lasts longer than the others (Versa & versa 2). More built in features than we found for more $ in the Apple Watches. Good size readout and clock faces easy to search and change Thru the App

I've gone back and forth between Samsung's smartwatches and Fitbit fitness trackers, and I keep going back to Fitbit just cause the overall experience on keeping track of your personal health is better overall. I would have hoped this smartwatch would give me some of the things I missed from my Galaxy Watch Active, like cool watch faces, good app selection, NFC payment, phone notifications, etc. It does a decent job, but Fitbit's OS is significantly lacking. Fitbit Pay works fine, but does not support as many banks as their competitors. And their version of a 'store' for apps and watch faces is both lacking and frustrating. For one, app selection is scarce. They do have some popular apps, Spotify being one of them. But then you open it and find out it only controls Spotify music from another device, and not from the Fitbit itself. Watch faces available from Fitbit are also scarce. And when you find one you like from another developer, you have to buy it from a third party website outside of Fitbit. It's a flawed system compared to competitors. Another bummer about the OS, at the time of writing this review, is two sorely missed features are currently unavailable. Google Assistant (I don't care for Alexa) and ECG. Two things Fitbit has promised but is not ready for release. Hardware wise it looks good. Screen has a premium look and feel. Watch bands seem like decent quality, although their aren't many options this early in it's lifecycle from both Fitbit and 3rd parties. Overall I'm pretty happy with the hardware, previously owning an Ionic which is far uglier. Hopefully Google's acquisition helps improves their software, cause its lacking the finesse its competitors have. But it's still a great fitness tracker while only being a mediocre smart watch. Because of this, it's still the main thing I wear on my wrist.

Love the watch but the strap was not as easy as other bands I’ve had with other Fitbits. I went ahead and replaced the band. Otherwise, it’s a great watch! Would have rated it a 5 if it wasn’t for the band.
