So far its been a good watch. Easy to learn. The battery life isn't good tho. I don't like the band. It irritates my arm

Excellent product and my wife just loving it. Tracking all aspects of health is a key benefit of this watch.

Fitbit worked well. The only problem was that the charging device within 3 months was no longer functional and I had to buy a replacement. In fact, I’ve had to buy 3 of them over the last year and a half since I’ve had it. Overall, it works fine. Not sure why there’s a variance between the BPM on the watch when working out compared to the chest or arm band heart rate monitors.

A lot nicer than my old fit bit and a lot cheaper than a Google watch

Love the fit of this watch. Easy to use and way more features than my previous watches. Charge lasts for 5 or 6 days. Easy setup.

Does what you would hope it would do. Captures exercise, sleep, etc. A little finicky sometimes. Good cross between fitbit and smart watch.

High end fitness watch. No instructions in box, all documentation is on line. Watch works great. Charging system greatly improved over the Ionic. Still working on the learning curve.

Had it for a couple of weeks but wasnt for me. Nothing really wrong at all. Battery life is good and Fitbit really shines in the sleep tracking area

This is a very comfortable watch, and the battery life is excellent. It's easy to clean and charge than my last Fitbit watch.

Gift for my mom so she can track her steps and sleep. She’s enjoying it.

I was very skeptical but am glad I bought it. I use it mostly for sleep stats but will expand my use when I find the time.

Love this watch. I have a samsung active 2 and it has a lot of issues with the battery. Don't think I will go back to Samsung watches.

I like the Fitbit watch. It's a good value for the money. So far it's been easy to use. I'm learning more details about the watch everyday. My only problem is I can't seem to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit but other than that, it's working well. I don't need the sleep feature on the face as much as the calories burned but I know where to search for that information when I want to see it but unfortunately, that's usually after my workout. I'm also going to order a leather band. Not a friend of the rubber watch bands.

I replaced my Samsung smart watch with this primarily for the battery life, which has not disappointed. I get several days between charges. I hope that they are able to add to the available apps. An example would be the wallet. Of all my debit and credit cards, only one works. Overall, very happy with this. There are several wellness apps that I think are very beneficial. Other Fitbit watches have fallen apart in less than 2 years mostly due to the band. I don't think I'll have that problem with this.

My son had been looking for a health monitoring watch with cell phone capabilities, basically an apple watch. After doing some research and narrowing down what he was looking for I decided to get him the Fitbit. While it does not have the smart phone features it was the health features that won him over. He was using this daily and sleeping with it as well to monitor his sleeping patterns. Just want to note that he got a slight rash/burn on his arm from the back of the face after the first day or two of wearing it. Also, he accidently dropped it on the floor and the screen shattered :(

The watch is working very well now, but initially I had problems with the syncing. I had my old fit bit on there and when I removed it, the new synced well. I am just sorry I could not keep both synced. Everything says it is supposed to work with more than one.

Great product my wife absolutely loves it, she wears it every day including when she is sleeping. It tracks her steps, sleep pattern, heart rate, shows messages it absolutely does everything she wants it to do. So i would highly recomend this product to any athlete or just anyone in general
