I really, really, really love this Smartwatch, unfortunately I got the iPhone 12 pro max as a Christmas present and for my bad luck they are not compatible so I've had to return it. Worked really great with my Samsung galaxy.

My Fitbit Sense died after 14 months

Check all the 1 star reviews. Lots of recent bad reviews for people owning it less than 2 years. I loved my Fitbit sense until it died after owning it for less than 14 months! I used it all the time for running, keeping track of my steps, heart rate, miles i walked and ran. It was great until it died 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired. I spent $250 on this Fitbit sense and I expect it to last longer. Contacted Fitbit warranty department and I asked them to send me a new Fitbit Sense. They said no but offered me 35% of a new Fitbit. Told them I will not waste my money on another Fitbit product. One good thing, I purchased Best Buy's TotalTech Membership and they extend the warranty from 12 months to 24 months. So they will either repair it or give me a new Fitbit

Super long-run battery life! So much comfortable to the previous smartwatch I had for a price higher than this! Excellent tracker and more accurate activity reporting I ever had! Also, brilliant timer assistant and alarm clock! Waking up each morning now stressless.

Only 9 months old and battery life is crashing

Seems very basic. I miss my Google watch, but the apps I want to use don't play nice with Google. Now, it's not quite a year old and my battery is starting to die much quicker than it used to. Also, it will track "steps" that are just movements. It is nice that I can see my heart rate easily, and it cant take a beating, I'm pretty clumsy. It is much more comfortable to sleep with than the bulky Google watch though.

Heartrate Flub and EKG Access Flaw

The watch is solid, much better strap design than the Ionic, but I see two significant flaws that bring it way down. First and foremost, the heartrate monitor is often inaccurate. Even at rest it's frequently off by 5 - 10 bps. It also doesn't keep up with heartrate changes in real-time and that's just a huge blunder. Second, since I prefer to wear a protector over the watch (so it doesn't get dinged / scratched) the EKG / stress test features are difficult to access. Those features require touching the rim of the watch, which is fully covered by every protector I've seen. This just seems like bad design by Fitbit.

The Fitbit Sense is great if you know what you are getting into before you purchase. I did a ton of research and am very happy with it. I need the ECG function so this was a good fit for me but if you do not need the ECG or know you won’t use it do not buy this and get the Versa 3 instead. A few things to point out: The sense comes with 6 months of Fitbit premium and this works even if you are currently a subscriber (just cancel your current subscription and the six months free will be available). The screen is gorgeous and the battery life is very good. I’ve dropped it a couple times already from about chest height and both times it landed right on the watch face (onto a hard wood floor) and there are zero scratches or scuffs so it seems very durable. I don’t think this watch is worth full price ($330) so the current $50 off (or more if you’re lucky) over the holidays is much more in line with what the Sense should cost.

The Fitbit Sense was a gift for my 69 year old mother. This smartwatch is perfect for her. She absolutely loves it! The size is good and very light. It is a good fit for anyone wanting to help monitor their health. This watch to not only tell you your daily steps and heart rate, it will take your temperature, monitor your sleep, has an electrocardiogram app, and will even tell you how stressed you are...

I love the six day battery life but sometimes it seems like it's maybe 5 days. I only use it for monitoring emails text and phone calls insteps. I'd like to turn off the heart monitor but the sensor does not give you that opportunity. I hope they change that in any upcoming software version. I used to have a Pebble but the battery life can't it kept getting less and less and this is a good replacement especially at the cost point of $200.

I bought the Versa 2 a while back and i was hesitant about buying this one, but i gave in and bought it anyway. I was more curious about the newest features this watch offers and so far, i am very satisfied with it. From the ECG to the blood oxygen level check, it is keeping me busy with loads of options to explore. The battery life is true to its description. It lasted almost a whole week before it conked out. Fitbit can only get better from here, and i will be waiting for the successful results.

nice looking watch that has a lot more function than my old original versa. GPS, SPO2 sensor, ECG, etc... I do miss the physical buttons a little, but I will get used to it. Love the Always on Display
