Love my Sense! Battery Life is an Issue Though

I love the design of this new Fitbit. You do have to pay to get Fitbit Premium to get the extra features. That being said, the battery life suffers greatly if you employ alot of these extra features. I have to recharge the watch every 2-3 days to sue the oxygen sensor and other features. I removed apps I really didn't need because they suck up battery even more.

I bought this as a gift for my mother, she seems to be enjoying it. She has an android device and it works well with it. She did have some issues setting it up and trying to change the language on the device to Spanish after some quick google searches the language in-app and on-device are both in Spanish working great.

Got this to monitor a few stats after a couple rounds of COVID. Works great and has alot of options for the clock face to keep it interesting.

Loved it for 11 months until one day it just stopped working. At this price it should last longer. Got it last year just after Christmas 1/1/22 and it stopped working 2nd week of Dec. 2022. Have been trying to trouble shoot or restart to factory spec's, but having trouble keeping a charge. Maybe better luck next time.

    Not good for swimming

I had this watch for over 19 months and on the first month on of the pins of the charger broke. Got it replaced pretty easy with costumer support, not a big deal. Last month I went for a swim with it and as soon as I got out of the water, the watch turned off and never turn back on again. Fitbit states that this watch is water resistant for up to 50 mts but I didn't went down even 1mt. "Fortunately" I got it a extended warranty that cost 60dlls plus 35 deductible, so 95dlls total, they sent me a refurbished capsule without wristbands at least for that price I was expecting to be new. I believe you can get competitive watches for a lot less in Amazon. For a watch that costs $250, the quality is very poor. Not buying something this expensive again.

Innacurate info and lots of glitches

Was super excited about this fitbit because my old one was pretty basic. However, it has glitched more than my old one and the heart rate is crazy sometimes. It'll go really high and then come down really low and I'm just sitting there and feel fine so I know it's not my heart rate. Also, after speed walking on a track it'll say I went up 40+ floors!! A lot of inaccurate information. Battery is ok, wish it would last longer though.

Great Fitness Watch If You Don't Need Heart Rate

I have always loved Fitbit products. It's so easy to track fitness on the Fitbit App. The Sense was my favorite. The problem has been that the heart rate monitor stops working after about a year. I had the same problem with the Versa 2 and the Alta. I finally went to the Apple Watch. Hopefully I'll have better luck.

    Defective Fitbit sense.

I believe it is defective. I sometime cannot use Google assistant and it tells me to check my blue tooth. Bluetooth is on when I check. Also the "find?y phone"". I went around my house and yard and it could not locate it. Finally,bI found the phone. I put the sense next to it and hit find my phone and it still could not locate it. Later that day it decided to work. It is around a month old.

I really love this watch, There are so many cool faces to download for it and it helps make it so personalized. It is helpful getting the notification on it as well, and it is always encouraging to see you meeting your goals with some little celebration on your watch. I am very happy with my purchase!

Provides a lot of health and fitness oriented stats. With Fitbit premium subscription, I gain value from the sleep/snoring report, ECG. The fitness zone minutes motivates me to do enough exercise to keep me active.

This is my third Fitbit. I love all the new tracking features and the display. I'm still learning how to use everything. But so far - so good. I hope it lasts longer than 12 to 18 months. The new closure on the wristband is nice and works well. Be careful not to get the band too tight it will rub a place on your skin. Loosen the band and all is well.

It did a lot of cool stuff. Liked the ECG. Pedometer seemed fairly accurate. Did NOT like that I had to join the club for $10 a month to use all the cool stuff. Now, nearly exactly a year later, will not charge. Totally dead. Totally disappointed. Would not recommend.

Love the watch and its functions. However, after about three mths it stopped taking a charge. Called Fit-Bit and after doing trouble shooting on it, they sent me a new watch. When I went to charge it, it wouldn't charge. So called Fit-Bit again and they sent me a now charging cord. So they do stand behind there products.

Like the watch, was kinda of disappointed that you have to have premium to access some of the tools. But overall a good fitness tool for the price.
