I got two of these for my son and his wife and they both love them

Definitely a step up from my Versa. The Alexa integration is a big plus and the sleep monitor upgrade is insightful. Battery life is not what I expected. I am active enough I need to charge every other day. I am not able to go more than 48 hours on a charge. Also, the side button doesn't always work. It could be the sensors on the watch. I remove the watch, wipe the back off and it starts working again. Kind of annoying when I want to check my heart rate during a workout.

Love the watch. Nice and easy to see display. I wish it had the software to approximate blood pressure though. When I called Fitbit I was td it cod do blood pressure and that was one of the reasons I bought it. Bit I know it is capable of reading it, so I will wait.

Hasnt lasted a full year yet now the battery isnt working and it will not charge. trying to see if i can get it fixed before the warranty is up

Great watch with all the bells and whistles, and works with fitbit app that is infinately better than apple in my opinion. ECG is easy to use, additional health trackers just what I needed. Battery life. Charging maybe once a week if i use alot of alarms/ reminders

Perfect smart swatch, does absolutely everything that the others do, the mrs. loves it.

I like the fact that I can read my Fitbit without my glasses.

The features are amazing. There are some improvements needed but it’s a great purchase.

I was excited to get this watch but my excited died very quickly. The first time i had to charge it, it would not change. The connection between the charger and the back of the watch just would not work. I returned it, thinking there was something wrong. The replacement watch would not charge or sync. This watch overall was a failure. I had to return the second one too. When i called Fitbit to get help, they offered to send me a replacement watch - a refurbished reclassified new watch for by brand new 14 day old watch. Are you kidding me? They also refused to return the $60 warranty fee i pay telling me it non-refundable, even though their watch did not work and i no longer had the watch a couple of weeks after the initial purchase. I have owned and purchased about 20 Fitbit watches. I will never purchase another one. Their quality has severely diminished.

This is a replacement for a Versa that my wife had. She loves it.

This Fitbit is just as good as the Apple Watch, but at a fraction of the price. Love it!!

I have had FitBit watches for 2 or 3 years starting with a Versa 1. I was excited to upgrade to the Sense with the extra features. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but problems. It worked well for a couple months and then started not holding a charge well. Then it started tracking incorrectly as some days it would say I did 100 flights of stairs. Fitbit agreed to do a replacement but the replacement process was well below my previous expectations as they insisted I send the watch in before they would send a new one out. This process took over 3 weeks. I was not happy to be without a watch for that long. I have had the replacement for about 3 months and now I am seeing the same battery drain. At first I would get 6 days of life and now I am getting 3 days. Last night I went to bed with it at 70% and I woke up to it being at 45%. The benefit to me of this watch over an Apple watch is the battery life. Given that has gotten closer and given text message being hit or miss displaying on my watch I decided today to make the change and ordered an Apple Series 7 watch. I feel FitBit has let down a former loyal customer. I can't wait to get my new Apple watch!

Good for most options. Got it for the oxygen sensor, but I am disappointed with it. The recording of the oxygen is hit or miss - mostly miss.

It's good, I am already using Ionic, I like fitness apps and quality of measurement.
