Comfortable and mostly reliable

Sometimes it just loses the Bluetooth connection, but I can't tell if it's the watches fault or my phone. It comes back, but it you're absolutely counting on it for text or call notifications, just know that it might not work 100% of the time. YMMV.

Don’t use in salt water

Terrible- overheated and won’t sync

Went to charge it and it got very hot and shut off. Won’t sync half the time. Now BestBuy won’t take a return, saying 15 days. Wasted $200+. Won’t but Fitbit again or BestBuy.. will buy from Amazon like everyone else. Sad that Amazon has better service that going to a store .

Very happy with my Sense

So far all the applications I have tried have worked well. It also holds a charge for several days. I have only had to charge once a week, sometimes twice. I have also found it very easy to navigate.
