I bought the watch to help me track my sleep and so far I feel my quality of sleep has improved

It is a little too sensitive as far as when im swimming and try to see my heart rate the water slides the screen like im swiping it. It akso for no reason gets stuck briefly on a screen and won't go to the home screen. Minor inconvenience that probably means I should learn how to completely control it. But we'll see.
