Couldn't read SpO2 consistently
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're buying this for the SpO2 measurement capability, you may want to wait until the next version: on 6 out of 13 days, the watch simply says "Couldn't read SpO2." I do recharge every day (SpO2 measurement is said to use more power), and follow the guidelines for the "snug but not constricting" fit. I don't think I move excessively during the night, but I have no idea what makes the difference between when it records SpO2 and when it doesn't. I could not initially connect to WiFi, so it took around an hour to get the initial update installed via Bluetooth (connection to an Android phone via the FitBit app). I didn't seem to be able to connect to WiFi until I used a password without special characters. As far as measuring heart rate goes, this watch seems pretty decent. I compared the heart rate measurements to a Polar H10 chest strap during a run: no more than one beat per minute difference between the average and maximum heart rate values recorded by the two devices.

Sense could be better
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited about the Sense and all of its features. After purchasing it, I believe it falls short of what it says it will do. The SpO2 monitor only works during sleep time and is slow to load the results in the morning. Answering phone calls on the watch seemed great, especially since this has built in GPS without the need for a phone, but the built in speaker is WAY TOO SOFT to hear the person on the other end of the call. They can hear me just fine but even in a very quiet environment it's a strain to hear the caller. I have an android phone and issues have been reported on both android and iOS phones. I do enjoy the ECG function and continuous heart rate monitoring but I was looking for all of the advertised features to work well. Battery life is about half of the 6 days that's listed but I do wear the watch all day and night. I'm also not getting all of the notifications to my watch even though I've allowed all and given the necessary permissions. Fitbit makes a good product but I was hoping for the Sense to deliver on all of its features.

Fitbit Sense makes Sense
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried health type apps and gadgets, but I have to say, so far none have surpassed what the Fitbit Sense has in Advanced Health gadgetry. It ties in with the app from your watch to your phone and has so many features that no one app or smartwatch has combined. Truly worth the money in investing on your health monitoring and exercise health, along with your water intake and caloric monitoring. Everyone should have one, like having a phone, tv, or car ... A must.

Good choice and economical to purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Fitbit watch was as good as the reviews stated! The watch counts steps and other data on a easy to access screen. Only critique is that it needs easier to find instructions on how to use it. The watch was a great choice!

Could be so much more
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's has great features for a smartwatch with health tracking if you're willing to pay extra for premium service but the battery life is still crippling. The app store is lacking creativity with few third party apps offering anything of substantial usability.

Awesome battery life.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this watch for the Google assistant and the fact that you can make and receive phone calls. The Bluetooth connection can be a little sketchy at times though. The battery life is its best feature.

Should be amazing based on features, but returned
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love this watch. It has a lot of great features: always on display, can take phone calls, shows all notifications, great sleep tracking, great display. However, the new button design on the side is very difficult to press, and you have to press so many times a day to use the watches features, it's annoying. Also, I found the heart rate tracking to be way off - I tested this against my heart rate strap, Garmin watch, and Amazon Halo View, and this Fitbit watch was the only one that was always way off. Last, this watch would disconnect from my Android phone 1-2 times a day and I would need to restart both devices to get it to work again.
