I purchased this smartwatch to replace a cheap off-brand one that was fairly limited in functionality, wasn't counting all my steps, and gave inaccurate pulse readings. This does all the things that I want it to do plus more. I have never owned a Fitbit, but I can see why they seem to be so popular to those who don't have the Apple watch. There's a lot of cool functions and a decent selection of apps that can help when you're not in immediate vicinity to your phone. I have already dropped this watch on the ground by accident a few times when I try to take it off, but so far it's been sturdy. The free six month subscription to the Fitbit premium service is nice, but I don't know if it's worth maintaining a subscription once it expires.

Great watch. Does great job with heart rate and sleep. Battery life is also very good.

This fitbit watch tracks everything I want to track, the only issue I have is it disconnects from the phone and you have to play with it to reconnect .

I Love the new features added to the fitbit sense.

Definitely an upgrade from my Versa 2. Got it for the ECG, but the battery life is significantly better and the strap stays on without getting caught on everything I walk past.

I really like this watch. It works really well in terms of tracking fitness activity, sleep, etc. The 6-day battery life; however, is completely unrealistic unless you disable basically all of the features. I like to use the always on display (AOD) and receive text & email notifications. With those features activated, I'm lucky to get a day and a half out of a full charge. The most recent issue I've encountered is whenever I connect it to the charging cable (the one which came with it) I immediately get a "slow charging" alert. I've tried cleaning the contacts on both the watch and charger, but the problem persists. I called Fitbit and they're sending me a new charging cable...hopefully that corrects the issue. As for the shorter-than-advertized battery life...I guess that is what it is.

Does everything I wanted it to do for cheaper than some other smart watches. The only complaint I have is the limited selection of watchfaces. I got a stainless steel clasp band for mine on Amazon because I had a weird wearing or reaction to the infinity band that comes with it.

Sleek and easy to use! Was basically out of box setup and good to go right away, my fiance loves it. Battery life is much longer than its prior versions and I feel like this went for 3 days before running out!

Great fitness watch. No need to charge everyday like an apple watch and it offer more data than the Apple watches. If you want a real touch screen fitness watch with a 6 day battery life, this is it.

I love the features but, the charger is already broken. I am receiving a replacement but, it kind of stinks that I have only had this about 6 months. That’s not very long to already have a malfunction. I am happy to be getting a replacement charger but, it’s worth mentioning.

Takes awhile to learn all the modes. Only holds a charge for three days if you use more than 3 apps at a time. Fitbit support is good if you like to wait on the cellphone until a representative is available . Readings are fairly accurate when testing against a O2/BP finger monitor. Bought it to monitor health; not entertainment so I haven't used the music app.

It is a pity that it is so easy to set up with a phone and almost impossible to set up with a computer. I say almost impossible because I was unable to set it up on either an IBM or IMAC. Maybe more knowledgable people can set it up. That said, there is a lot you can do with the Sense once it is set up.

Love this thing! So many great and relevant features! I use every one of them! Answer my phone and check my messages with this thing...WOW! So easy my 4yr old grand daughter can use it!
