Paired easily with my samsung, works great looks cute. i only wish they made the bumper like they do for apple watch so i can protect my investment

I love the watch, but there are a couple firmware issues. For example, any time I try to launch Google Assistant, the watch gets stuck in an error loop and I have to force-restart it to get out of the loop. This could be a deal-breaker for anyone who is a big fan of voice-assist. Personally, I don't use it often enough to care.

I love my Fitbit smart watch it does what it says it will do. The battery life is really good with this watch.

Purchased this watch a few months back... Its an amazing watch, durable also. I've had some accidents with it, hitting it hard and getting it very wet. I keep it covered with 2 different types of screen protectors and Its still working just fine, no delays. The only down fall is the charger, its does not always snap into place, sometimes you have to wiggle it to get it to connect.

Seems like a great watch but just not compatible enough with iPhone to be useful for me

Love the watch as it makes me move! Just don't like to have to pay $80 a year for the Premium status. Someone should redesign the band as it is a little difficult to get on. Just be careful and don't drop,

I love my watch. It tracks everything for me including food intake. I did cardio drumming and it added the exercise by itself to my stats. I love how easy it is to use.

Very happy with this watch. It is helping me know what and when to do things. It helps me know how much sleep that I get. Love this.

I've owned several Fitbits over the years and they are finally making great hardware. Had broke 2 Fitbit Charges back in the day, wasn't thrilled with my Versa, and eventually switched to Apple Watch. Got tired of Apple forcing me to wipe my watch of apps for upgrades so decided to try out the Sense and I'm not disappointed! It isn't as responsive (touch screen or the button on the side) as an Apple Watch but it's still really good. They have always had a great app and fitness stats, and I think the quality of the entire package will only get better now that Google has bought them.

Had fitbit sence for 2 years in that 2 years watch broke 4 times. The last time the face came off. Was not able to repair it because the warranty was expired

Upgraded from a Versa 2. Purchased a screen protector as well. Love the build in GPS and the longer battery life. Also the charger is much better than on the Versa 2.

Screen easily cracks. Magnetic charger doesn't always make a good connection. Charger contact points are vey small and can get clogged easily with grime. Fitbit says it should be cleaned often, but the connection issue is not a problem with other fitbit devices.
