Inaccurate data. Silicone band caused rash. Overpriced it doesn't perform as well as my Versa Lite and not many differences. The ECG only says "Normal sinus rhythm if you think problem call Dr" my ECG portable monitor told a totally different thing. NOT Normal Sunus Rhythm

Overall I like it. However sometimes the heart rate monitor does not seem accurate. in particular when i start exercising. It will go very high when I start riding my stationary bike. Up to 150 BPM even though i have just started peddling. After a few minutes it appears to settle down and be accurate.

Good upgrade from my previous Versa. More comfortable, more options, faster charge time.

My wife is enjoying the new Fitbit. She checks her sleep pattern each morning and loves the ECG that it has.

I love my Fitbit Sense. Now, I am more inclined to walk more. I try to reach my goal which has never been one of my priorities.

This is my 2nd Fitbit (1st was the Ionic). So far it's been working great. This wrist ban that it comes with gave me a blister after a 25 mile bike ride. The battery doesn't last as stated even with a lot of stuff turned off (2.5 days on a good day).

This is my first smartwatch, so it's possible that the few issues that I've had are operator related. In general, I really like it. It gives me the information I want very nicely. I find the settings operations to be a bit non-intuitive and cumbersome. Good battery life.

I bought is recently and enjoying it so far. No issues. Like the battery life which stays for 4 - 5 days.

Purchased this in lieu of the Apple Watch as the battery life is so much longer!

Battery life is outstanding. Went 4 days without recharging and the watch didn’t get below 50%.

I love this item. Keeping track of my walking, foods, heart rate, sleeping, etc is great.

Love the watch, it works with texts and phone calls when my phone is near and gives great information on my health. Only downside the battery Only lasts about 2 days. If the batter life was longer i would of given 5 stars.

I wanted a wearable fitness tracker to monitor my heart and sleep. This was the only highly rated competitor to the Apple Watch that was affordable. There are a decent amount of free features, but you have to use premium to access the full function of this watch.

Health Monitoring is AMAZING. I am sleeping a lot better too. I like it more than my wife's Apple watch

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Only negative is sleep score not updating. Still a great device.

Purchased this as a gift for my non techy hubby. And he loves it! Easy to use, and gives him a lot of information. He only takes it off to charge.

Works okay in measuring steps but has a faulty strap which causes the watch to fall off your wrist. It’s really annoying and I can believe they made a product with such faulty straps.

Fit bit sense is a awesome watch does so much keeps track of everything for your health charges fast great product

Love my Fitbit sense. Battery lasts about 7 days and it only takes 30min for full recharge.... if you are a Fitbit user I highly recommend Fitbit sense

I upgraded from a fitbit Charge 3 and it came with everything I wanted in a smartwatch. After 4 months of daily use I noticed the screen had started getting dead spots. Called customer service and the had me restart the watch and also do a factory reset which did not resolve the issue. Shortly after this the screen went blank but the smartwatch is still working as I can see from the app. Fitbit offered me a replacement OR a 50% discount coupon. Not happy with either cause I don't think I want another fitbit.
