I have really enjoyed this watch. Provides everything I'm interested in and is easy to use.

Tons of features. I will list the main drawbacks: it does not register steps while pushing a stroller, and it doesn't always track naps during the day. My wife is a new mother and these are two things she wants to track.

Went through 3 of these and they all broke writhing a month. Also Best Buy has horrible customer service

Got the Sense to replace my Versa 2. Liked the sensors on it for checking the ECG and getting Afib notifications. Looking for an app that would give a notification such as text or an alarm go off when an abnormality is registered.

Fantastic product. Does exactly what it claims. Holds a charge all week. Very durable and holds up well under heavy physical work.

Great watch but a bit difficult to get fully set up. Battery life depends on settings sometimes last 4 days and sometimes less than a day. The application is not intuitive and takes a bit of effort to navigate. Some features I wish it had was continuous monitoring of heart and O2

Overall my wife really likes this watch. But we did have to exchange it for another. The screen froze on the logo and she wasn't able to fix it even with online support from forums. I would recommend a warranty of some kind either with Best Buy or Fitbit.

I've been using it for about 3 days on a single charge. It's much better battery life than my old Apple Watch which is the main reason I switched.

Battery life lasted 4 days, the pedometer seems to be off quite a bi, otherwise it is a great product

I bought this less than one month ago.. I pay the extra $9.99 per month for premium, which gives added information. Most of the time it did not work.. I don't receive the info. Now, I cannot charge my watch. I am down to 15% battery. Soon it will not even tell me the time. It will not charge. I have communicated with Fitbit, they have given me a case number and said they will be in touch via email.. I hope so. My cost was $279 including tax.. If Fitbit wants to compete with other Smartwatch companies, they must do better than this.. This is my third Fitbit device.. Never had a problem before.. I hope they make things right...

This is my first Fitbit and smartwatch. I really like it it didn't take too long to sync with my phone to set it up how I like it. It does more than what I use it for. Which is pretty nice to know if I want to use other features. It fits really nice it feels really nice and I just like it. I could have gone with a charge but I think the features in this one with the heart and the calming features. We're what really won me over.

Had this 11 months and it now has the "reboot loop" error in the software that makes it unusable. This is a known error that has happened to many people recently. The watch screen will show the fitbit logo then vibrate then turn off and repeat until battery is dead over and over. When this started I was just sitting on the couch watching TV and it vibrated so I looked down and now my watch is useless. I have tried all the reset suggestions from the others and like the others that have this issue it will not resolve itself. Waste of my hard earned money!

I love this Fitbit. It’s a very nice upgrade from my Charge 3. Does all the things I wanted it to do with decent battery life to boot.

Does everything that I could want and easy to use. I highly recommend this model you won’t be disappointed. Quick curb side pick up.

Overall, an amazing product. Only complaint I have is that my charger broke after only a month, but hopefully it was just a faulty charger. Best Buy Customer Service gave me a new charger when I went back and were very helpful and friendly!

So far the Fitbit sense has been great! Very motivational and the battery will last at least 2 days even with the screen on all the time.
