My Fitbit Versa, which never really worked very well, absolutely FELL APART while I was just standing there in the pool (even though it was reportedly waterproof and had a swim tracker). They offered me $35 to replace I device that cost hundreds. I should have known then to cut ties with Fitbit and Google. I didn't I bought a Sense. The device is just an overpriced pedometer/watch. The exercise app does not display my heart rate or calorie burns accurately. And when I followed their requests to go to Twitter to report my issues, they blocked me! Nice business model, huh?

Great product but had to ultimately return. Decided to stay with Apple ecosystem. O2 levels can not be measured on demand, I was only able to see results after nights sleep. Was hoping to be able to measure it whenever I want but can’t with this device. Watch faces are plenty but most of the ones I wanted were at a cost with limited customization for user. Would recommend to anyone who’s already in Fitbit ecosystem or with Android, for apple ecosystem the Apple Watch would be my recommendation.

Be very wary of purchasing this Fitbit sense. It does NOT stay charged as described and if you want it to do so then you literally have to remove everything that is on there for the very reasons you purchased it in the first place

I bought this fit bit as a Christmas gift for my husband. He's already logged in quite a few miles walking. Perhaps next time you add a blood pressure reading as well as a heart rate. Our children and grandchildren helped him set it up. I guess we aren't tec savvy!!

    No Extra Large Band Available

I bought this as a gift for my father, who needs an extra large band. Unfortunately those are not currently available for this model, but I found that the Fitbit Versa extra large band will work with it, but it will not match the looks, feel, or texture of the stock band.

I liked it. Nice features. Although, battery life was wanting. The after three days it failed. Just locked on the logo screen and would not come off it. Also, sensor lights on back would no longer come on. Tried resetting countless time with no luck. Supposedly, Google, Fitbit parent company, is sending a new one. The process to get that was a pain in the but. Would not buy this one again. Maybe one of the lower priced ones but not this one.

Not that easy to figure out and get used to, also one of the reasons I chose it was for the SpO2 but it doesn’t read it during the active time of the day only while sleeping which just doesn’t make sense. I returned it and got an Apple Watch instead.
