This watch has exactly the features I need. It fits perfectly with a perfectly sized screen.

So I took time away from Fitbit and got an actual smartwatch. I thought this sense would be the one to bring me back to Fitbit side. But it was lackluster unfortunately. I really really liked it and wanted to keep it. But the notification features that I need and want weren't there. I didn't get notifications from some of my apps that I need. The performance of the watch was ok. It was slower than I thought it would be. The sleep tracking was a hit or miss. Ultimately I had to return it

Excellent easy to use I like it very much and cool.

The watch broke down exactly a year after purchase. This's about my tenth Fitbits watch, it seems like it's meant to broke and for you to replace them often. All members of the family have apple watches that had last for years. I'm used to Fitbit functions but at certain point I might have to abandon Fitbit and jump ship. Going to BestBuy to pick up another watch.

I bought into Fitbit quite sometime ago. I have the scale and this is like the fourth Fitbit wearable device I've owned. I purchased the Sense bc my Versa 2 wouldn't hold a charge. Honestly though, the Sense is a great device but I'm not seeing that much of a benefit over the Versa 2. The only thing that really made me switch was the charger...magnetic is 20x better than the clamp. Also, I hate the band that it comes with...bought a Velcro band on Amazon for like $10

This is a very good smart watch. I bought it because I wanted an ECG capable function. Everything works quick and easy. It is easy to set up.

Love the watch and everything it does. Just wish the battery would last longer and the speaker volume for phone calls would be louder.

Purchased this after my previous FitBit Ionic basically died. The battery just stopped being able to charge. Here’s hoping this one doesn’t end up doing that. I definitely like this watch and its features. The band is somewhat different but I’m used to it now.

Best smartwatch I have ever owned. Only caveat is that I have only owned Fitbit smart watches in the past. This model is certainly the best of them all. This is a good value and even though the battery life is not what was advertised, it certainly is still good at two to four days depending upon my activity level.

Really good wearable device. I really like the extra features like sleep analysis and blood oxygen saturation. I wish it had better phone integration but still happy with this. I do recommend buying protective lens. I think the watch lens could crack if you bang it.

More knowledge of how the Fitbit works. Left us getting help elsewhere.

Great fitness tracker, but I have had better smart watches. i was just expecting a little more out of it.

Overall, the Fitbit Sense is a health and fitness smartwatch. I planned on using it for health reasons. Now that I've had it for 3 weeks, I can say that it has essentially met my expectations. Sometimes, it just will not sync with the mobile phone app and I needed tech support to fix it.

I love this and I like all the features that this watch is offering. I am big fan of Fitbit tracker

I went from Inspire 2 to SENSE model…love it a lot.

Mediocre marks not due to bad performance, but because I can't use Sense and Fitbit Charge 4. I like the FC4 for its minimalist space size great for workouts and daily wear. I wanted a Sense for greater utility and because it looks nicer. I bought both together. Surprise, you can't have both devices on the same account. A few years back they allowed you to do this with various Fitbits. Apparently not with FC4 and Sense. Major disappointment.

Very pleased with this watch. It does what it is designed to do. It is a FITNESS/HEALTH watch, with smart features. That is what I want and it does a top notch job measuring the health metrics.

Lots of nice features but weak battery life, switching from the hr has been challenging but it does have better workout tracking
