The watch worked fine until it suddenly died. No warning. I contacted fitbit and the refused to help because the warranty of 1yr was over. Too expensive for a single year product.

Great watch for the android phone,Its gives me a peace of mind for my health,Its a great watch to wear with formal & causal as well.

Overall good value but missing some features. The weight was a great benefit too.

Good fitness and smart watch. Notifications disconnect sometimes and you have to restart your phone to re-enable them.

The battery is awful. The charging cable is not great.

great watch. ekg app is a little wonky to learn at first, but great results and able to download as PDFs and email or text message to your cardiologist. also like being able to change out the clock face with many free choices or can buy one if you want.

Fitbit has been doing a great job over the years. Much better than the Apple Product.

Really buggy smartwatch. I returned it after two weeks because it was not working properly. I would recommend sticking with Versa

Works well enough and I enjoy the challenges. My main complaints are that it doesnt track my sleep and the OS feels very dated. I also dont like that stats such as ECG and SP02 don't show on the main screen of the app. Also, you cant do on the spot oxygen readings, which is problematic for me since it doesnt track my sleep.

It’s good. My first Fitbit type watch. Replaced a series 1 Apple Watch dose all that it says. Like the EKG option.

It not bad but it's not a Apple watch. It doesn't have many if any features not offered on a Charge 3

I bought this product for my husband for Father’s Day; since he suffers from heart failure, It is exactly what he needed to monitor his health. He can manage his music, phone calls, text messages, and his calendar all in one. I definitely recommend it!

I love my new Fitbit! I had an Apple Watch before but it broke. I wanted more fitness and health features so I went with this one! It’s as good as the Apple Watch but better for what I wanted! Very happy!

This is my 3rd upgrade for the FitBit and I love the larger screen and more functionality for what I want to track on my fitness journey. The only change of design would be the button on the side, Sometimes I accidentally hit it when bending my wrist.

Love my smart Fitbit couldn’t go with I have to replace my Fitbit so I up grade to this one and I Love you can speak right into it and sent a message when you want to respond to one you receive ❤️❤️❤️

Its good, But I have to Pay for ECG feature, I hate it paying for ECG. I returned it

I brought this smart watch for my brother in law for his birthday.

I accidently swam with my Charge 2 fitbit and could not find another to buy to replace. Got the sense for its advanced heart features, but it is not very user friendly. Also it gave me horrible rashes causing me to find a replacement watchband - what has Fitbit not yet found a band that does not cause allergic reactions?

great watch and very reliable...esay to understand and quite simple to set up...interchangeable watch faces are a plus...display is outstanding even in bright sunlight...good battery life and very comfortable to wear all day

Really good upgrade from prior Fitbit watch models. Bought this to replace an Apple Watch series 3 and am very happy. Love the step counting and connection to workout apps.
