I purchased the Fit Bit Zip for my Husband for Father's Day. It worked great at first, however, the battery died after 2 WEEKS OF USING THE FIT BIT ZIP!!! I haven't had a chance to contact Best Buy. My husband said it would be a waste of time and to just go get a new battery. My point is that when an electronic device is sold, one would hope to get more than 2 weeks use out of it. I still haven't had time to go look for a battery even still today!!!! I am very disappointed!!! I would not expect this from a BEST BUY store. If I would've purchased from a discount warehouse, I would not be as upset.

it's good for tracking steps; battery life is sketchy

I had an older fitbit that also worked like a wrist watch...I liked that best. But as a step tracker this works fine.

Worked for a while and then started to be hard to read after 3 months.

This product worked great and seemed to track well. I wore it all the time I was awake and didn't notice it at all. Really good product.

Got this because I'm allergic to the wristbands. I've tried multiple bands and they all give me a rash this one does not.

Good for tracking my steps, calories burned and distance.

It syncs automatically whenever you are close to the computer. You can wear it on a pocket, your pants, shirt, wherever. It is great.

As I stated above, it is not very accurate. We have several in our home and there is a significant difference between them.

Uses battery so you don't have to worry about charging which is awesome. Works great make sure you wear it correctly

I love the fit bit zip! Unfortunately it has become obsolete and I had to upgrade to the watch!

For the cost, great piece of technology. However, the touch screen can be not very user friendly if you don't touch it right.

This was an item my kid wanted. It was a good way to keep him moving. App is handy for track progress.

Needed a new battery when I took out of box. Fitbit was glad to hear that I purchased a new battery at own expense but new battery died in less than 2 wks. Asked about return and company did not respond.

Great product - encourages you to get moving daily and beat your steps each day. Would like a back light to see screen easier

Works well, however, total is VERY different from the Fitbit Charge. I don't know which is more accurate.

I needed a fitness tracker and did not like the bracelet/wrist ones. This one clips right on to your clothing.
