    Got the fitbit for my birthday. It is early to setup and integrates well with my technology tools. However, it records steps I don' t take. Trying to work with their customer service was a nightmare. I finally gave up.

    It didn't always "wake" when tapped on and didn't always sync to the right time, etc. It recently slipped out of it's little holder and I lost it. I don't think it's worth the money and will not replace it.
