For the cost this has been a great product. Easy to use

I found this to have very limited function. To access all the information on various codes you must pay subscription fees through an app and then all it does is suggest shops nearby. Id recommend a standard code checker this is too expensive for such little info.

Bought as gift. Nowhere on the box inside or out does it even mention a membership. In fact, it mentions that you can download the app free of charge. The membership costs more than the product itself. DO NOT

This device comes with relentless pounding to purchase the FIXD premium upgrade for just under $20.oo pr. month. I have had so many problems with the set up and use of this device that I have decided to return it. I purchased in on line and have tried to return it on line, but the return page on best buy web site will not accept the order number. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

I thought once you bought the device you've the control over software. well, it's wrong. to use the features you need to subscribe or upgrade to premium.

need extra pay for complete access, I don't like that

A difficult piece of software, which is more interested in selling an annual subscription package than guiding the client to a resoultion of their problem. Needs a more user friendly app. Afterall this device is for DIY'ers.

It works . However , i thought i would be able to check past codes , clear / reset present code....welp that didn't happen. Even got the subscription and it didn't do much of nothing...

I got from bestbuy, my gmc Denail has Engine light on so I connect to my phone app I put all the information it need from my car my model everything.I plugged sensor in and out so many times, Spend my whole day but I could not find what’s wrong with my truck.

First thing they wanted me to send them money never knew to keep it working had to pay more than I did for the unit its self

I cannot recommend buying this, as they lure you in with a low cost app, but then want you to shell out $67 bucks for the "premium" upgrade. I have not used it yet for any check engine issues. Buy beware.

not In love with this item, always tries to upsell you on more!! I do not expect it to fix problems, just not that great!! I have had better Diagnostic Devices, I would keep looking!!

This did not have srs code reading like the website said it did and also it’s super cheap because you have to a subscription to use it

Works as described as long as you read the small print. Could have save my money and stopped in at auto zone. Like most things now days its spend more money and we’ll tell you more.
