I like that this one turns on as soon as you get in your vehicle. It can be magnetically attached to the windshield. It is easy to transfer the media to my cell phone, but they need to be connected to each other in close proximity.

If your power plug keeps juice flowing after you turn off your ignition the camera keeps recording unless you unplug it. You don’t need the special “parking lot” cable they want to sell you.

This version does and I like it a lot! The picture is crystal clear, the menus are pretty straight forward. The only issue I have with it is that it's very hard to use the WiFi to download videos onto my phone. I can't even download pictures that I thought I took, I mean I see it in the unit but it doesn't show up in the share area. Anyways I have to hook it up to a computer to download items, hopefully there's an update in the firmware.

Except that. everything is perfect with that amount of price. Works well in daylight condition, G sensor is excellent but sometimes can be annoyed of its over sensitivity.
