Quit working after two weeks!

Two weeks after I purchased it it would not take a charge and therefore not power on. I took it back to the Wesley Chapel, Florida Best Buy and they refused to exchange it. I bought another one from Wal-mart . I need to purchase two more for my other two vehicles and will purchase them from Wal-mart or Amazon, as their exchanges are problem free.

Posted .I am sorry to hear that the Dash Cam stopped working. When a device won’t power on a soft reset often resolves the issue. Connect the device to the vehicle power cable, or an AC adapter. Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. Once the device powers on fully charge the battery.
