Someone hit and damaged the front of my car while I was parked. Went to review the footage and nothing! Parking footage before and after the incident had recorded but not the actual incident. I contacted support and they asked me to replace the cable and memory card then test again. Anyway, instead of boring you with the details, Garmin support had me trying anything and everything and refused to fix/replace the device.

Can't retrieve it, can't use camera. A waste of money.

Even though the device is super small there is a lot of cable to route to the power source. I ended up returning before using because I didn't like how the cable looked in my car

Worked for less than 3 months

The unit still works when it is NOT plugged in, but is as useful as a brick for taking pictures and videos while driving. An expensive paperweight now. Don't Buy.
