Worst gps navigator ever

The device goes offline without any reason and can’t locate satellite. It happened a few times and started working again after 5-6 hours of trying to locate satellite. But since this last time it went offline 5 days ago it completely stopped working and hasn’t been able to locate satellite. While I was giving this device chance to work, the return period ended and I’m stuck with this dysfunctional device that cost over $400

Waste of money

Only been able to use it twice since purchase but just got off the phone with Best Buy and they basically told me you’re SOL. Both times I have used it it has sent me the absolute wrong way and away from my destination.
