    I did all the updates and these maps still take me all over the place. I thought I could stop using my phone, but that's not an option. Unfortunately, I waited and kept giving it a chance, and can't return it now. Very disappointed.

    I did bought this item at end of August, Failed in a Month. Went to Best buy and received in store credit. Lost $35.00 paid for extended warranty for 3 months. This is a junk with a poor customer service over phone. If you want to waste your money in buying this, that is your choice.

    THIS PRODUCT WAS TOTAL GARBAGE AND STOPPED WORKING AFTER 2 WEEKS WOULDN'T POWER ON! ON TOP OF IT THE STORES RETURN POLICY EXPIRED AND I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER. I BELIEVE THE MODEL WAS BEING PHASED OUT. THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS I'VE STAYED AWAY FROM BEST BUY AND STORES LIKE IT.

    Touchscreen doesn’t work well I returned it and got a new one and after a month I’m having the same issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY, I’m returning it to get a different model. Fingers crossed.

    Still no activation from BEST BUY i have tried and tried to get YALL to HELP ME Activate it and show me how to download maps and where at! AN VERY POOR HELP OUT OF YALL I am so sadly DISAPPOINTED IN YALL!

    I bought the radio because the AM setting was not functional on the used car a had bough/t/ I bought one at Best Buy and then wht?Same thing! Furthermore, the installer person didnt show me how to operate the darn thing. Very very dissatisfied.

    I had a Garmin Nuvi for years but accidentally left it in a rental car. I had saved hundreds of POIs to my Nuvi, so was looking for an affordable replacement that supported the old POI source files on my computer. This fit the bill. Much less expensive than most other GPS units, I was able to load the POIs no problem, and for the most part works much like my old Nuvi did. I had to charge it for a couple of days to get it to hold the charge so it wouldn't reset, but it seems fine now. There have been a few improvements over my old device, like warning if a route has tolls and letting you select a route without tolls. Also, turn warnings are a bit more descriptive than they used to me. Overall, it does what I want it to do and was inexpensive.

    Took me weird excessive routes to my destination an hour away. The stand didn’t stick and just fell off. Ended up returning it for my money back.

    It was a used item in a new box. We were cheated. Someone who used it before tried to update the software and corrupted it.

    Has all the bells and whistles, but after just a few uses, it literally just stopped working!! Defective? Possibly...but I decided to just return it and not buy it again.

      While the GPS is ready to use out of the box, we would suggest using the Garmin Express program to check for any map and software updates that may have been made available while the device was in transit and on the retailer’s shelf.     Disappointed that unit won't withstand dashboard heat. Shuts down when in sunlight. Key pad too small.

    I had trouble with it optimizing multiple stops from the start but was dealing with it. But after owning it only 2weeks it won't turn on.

      Based on your description, it may need a soft reset. To power the device ON with a soft reset: Connect the device to a power source and then press and hold the power button/power switch in the on position for 8-10 seconds.
