I thought I could stop using my phone, but that's not an option. Unfortunately, I waited and kept giving it a chance, and can't return it now. Very disappointed.

Was lost but now I found it

Went to Best buy and received in store credit. Lost $35.00 paid for extended warranty for 3 months. This is a junk with a poor customer service over phone. If you want to waste your money in buying this, that is your choice.

TOTAL GARBAGE

ON TOP OF IT THE STORES RETURN POLICY EXPIRED AND I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER. I BELIEVE THE MODEL WAS BEING PHASED OUT. THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS I'VE STAYED AWAY FROM BEST BUY AND STORES LIKE IT.

BAD QUALITY TOUCHSCREEN

piece of garbage radio

Furthermore, the installer person didnt show me how to operate the darn thing. Very very dissatisfied.

It does what I need it to do

I had saved hundreds of POIs to my Nuvi, so was looking for an affordable replacement that supported the old POI source files on my computer. This fit the bill. Much less expensive than most other GPS units, I was able to load the POIs no problem, and for the most part works much like my old Nuvi did. I had to charge it for a couple of days to get it to hold the charge so it wouldn't reset, but it seems fine now. There have been a few improvements over my old device, like warning if a route has tolls and letting you select a route without tolls. Also, turn warnings are a bit more descriptive than they used to me. Overall, it does what I want it to do and was inexpensive.

Used one sold as new. Not working properly.

Get a compass and map instead

Didn't last 2 weeks before it wouldn't power on

Posted .Based on your description, it may need a soft reset. To power the device ON with a soft reset: Connect the device to a power source and then press and hold the power button/power switch in the on position for 8-10 seconds.
