The Garmin Drive 53 5 inch GPS performs well, but has some issues that make it uncomfortable to use, such as high-pitched female voices, and the inability to install a low-pitched male voice.

This Garmin works wonderfully stateside but while in Toronto Canada it had problems. I needed to find a gas station and it struggled. Brought me to more than one wrong place. Finally found one on my own.

I love my Garman, The voice command works incredibly well. The picture and lane detail on the right was a big help in maneuvering around the high speed areas around Norfolk. I would have been lost without it.

This is my second Garmin GPS. It is easy to use and works well.

Sadly, it was a bad purchase. It gave out and took me to a strange place in Leominster. Thankfully, my cousin was home and got me righted. Then it wouldn't start the next day. I stopped to ask for help. It took me to a dead end street and failed. I had to call police for help as I had no idea where I was. Thankfully others allowed me to follow them so that I could get back on the highway home. It completely broken. I'm grateful to the Marlborough, MA store team that allowed me to return it broken with a full refund.

The gps provided excellent driving instructions. The graphics are very clear.
