I am still learning how to use the Garman but so far its great. Highly recommend. I was told the Garman is better than some auto factor installed GPS systems.

i bought it because my son needed to take his dad to the airport and was his first time driving on a highway. He went and came back without any problems.

This GPS works great and doesn't have all the options I don't use, making it cheaper than the next model up.

I have only one complaint but it's a big pain. When I want to choose a previously selected route it very often will not accept my screen touch, press or pound! This is very frustrating as my only choice then is to re-enter the destination information, after which it will take me there. Sometimes pressing GO works, many times it doesn't.

The extra time spent tutoring me saved the sale for you! You have good technical guys but most are not up to speed on most products!

I love this Garmin GPS ! I purchased another mount. A no friction mount for the dashboard due to personal preference.

It worked great pleanty of warning before exits and turns no guessing rerouted not always by back tracking would not go any wear with out it again

Works well... A bit difficult to initially program, probably because I'm used to having a factory accessory in my SUV.

Doesnt seem to take updates well. Have done updates numerous times and still says alot of addresses do not exist.

An intuitive program, and very visual screen. Fast response time. Updates havebeen of value. Six months of trouble free use.

bought for a sr graduation gift. I like my garmin does not ty up my phone or use my data like my phone one does

I recently bought this GPS before moving to Nashville. I made all of the necessary updates before moving here. I really miss my old Nuvi. This one has trouble not knowing many well known established streets when trying to enter an address. It also doesn't recognize close businesses. I can tell it to take me to McDonalds (and I know there is one less than a half mile a way). It doesn't let you choose which one you want like my old GPS. It picks which ever one it wants, even though it's not the closest. It wants to take me to one 3.5 miles away. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Search feature is a nice upgrade. Simply type in a business (typically national chain) and it will pull up ones near you.

Always had good luck with BestBuy and Dell computers . Easy to deal with and the techs are willing to help

This is the best one I have ever bought. It is a great one for the senior citizens who have a time using electronic devices.

my last garmin lasted 4 years before the screen would no longer show what I was typing in the address.

I took the recommendation of the sales person when purchasing. He was right! If you need a GPS, Garmin is the way to go!
