I recommend this gps to all....it good and works great

I consider myself directionally deficient ... always have been. BUT, for my birthday this year my husband took me to Best Buy and had me pick out my gift. He got me the Garmin DriveAssist 50. This little beauty is wonderful. It always knows where I am, gets me to where I need to be, and home again. Where has this been all my life!!

My previous GPS conked out on me so I done some research on Garmin gps - I like original GPS over phone GPS. I like this one over the other GPS's I prev purchased - I have to say overall I'm very pleased with my purchase - I really like the features e.g. Traffic is moving, driving too close to another car features etc.

Does take control of calls from bluetooth calling.

I upgraded to this GPS after enjoying my last Garmin product so much. It's good but I find I don't care for the camera feature as much as I thought I would and the traffic feature doesn't update quite like I hoped. But overall it is still a good GPS device.

Camera works well, great resolution, long record times with sd card, night vision worked well on trips. Lane departure and stopping distance warning adjustable for sensitivity. Bluetooth and voice commands are great and with Garmin link added updated info.

This Garmin GPS is definitely a must-have very reliable it has lots of cool features such as Collision alert, Curves alert, Red light and Speed cameras alert it is a cool setup to keep you safe while driving. The best part of GPS is that it comes with a built-in camera .

I really like this Garmin Drive Assist 50. The only thing with this product was that the power cord was too short for me to run hidden in my car myself. I had to have the Geek Squad install it for me so that I wouldn't have any visible wires hanging. Geek Squad did a great job.

It's a pretty good unit. Other than the Forward Collision Warning which comes on all the time and is very distracting and blocks the names of the road/s your looking for. It needs an off switch!

Gets me where I need to go. Turned off most of the extras, bought it for dash can. Biggest complaint is that it falls often off windshield, and yes I cleaned out first. Garmin needs to go with a sticky mount like most the other products I buy have.
