One thing I love more than anything about this device is Alexa…if you have a debut with your work assistant and need factual information on the spot just ask Alexa…love it! I can talk to the GPS on the fly for directions to my next job, answer or make phone calls directly from my Garmin with the Bluetooth capability…or even listen to a audiobook. Every Sevice Technician that drives alot knows using your phone as a GPS and receiving phone calls is a pain in the butt!! Very satisfied with this purchase!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a delivery driver I feel naked when I hit the road without this. 9 times out of 10 the Alexa gets the address right. Just say “Ok Garmin” followed by the address and within 15 seconds you will have a complete list of addresses. The touchscreen is so intuitive that I can easily zoom in and out giving me the ability to put together routes.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the unit but setup was a bit of a pain kept getting error message must use their express setup program on my computer after about4tries through downloads. Had a difficult time getting updates through their express app so at the edge of frustration again tried the wifi update and it worked fine. Like any technology requires a bit pf patience and perseverance but works great now.

The first one worked 6 days on the 7th wasnt able to acquire satellite, enable Bluetooth and froze the screen up useless. The second one the screen on the highest brightness setting was too black to see.
