Product came with a single sheet of suggested dialog for interfacing with the gps. No written instructions for installation or operation. Package said compatible with Apple iphones, no mention of Android. The location I was at did not have ready access to the internet so I would have to drive to the library or internet cafe to get instructions. I never would have purchased this item if I knew how difficult it would be to get it set up.

Easy to use and great value for the price. Sales person was very informative & answered all questions we had about GPS.

When putting in a address, it takes multiple times for it to add a destination address. That can be saved. Three if not four times before the option to save the destination is even available.

I have an older top of the line Nuvi model. Thought I would splurge & get the big screen. Screen is nice, but everything else about it is a downgrade from my Nuvi. Build quality, features, mount, everything! I see that Garmin doesn't make anything better than this one any more, so I will stick with my old Nuvi till it dies.

The screen is awesome because you can see it very good.

Cool product, the only problem is that is not very current with maps, not even if you update the system.

basic gps, phone actually better routs, had a 12 miles off highway drive, first it did not reckognize the name of the town I was going to, but even after getting there name was there on gos but could not type in, then return to highway it tried to take me on a 37.5 trek rather than direct 12 mile way. There were no roads that were recently built

Not very happy bc I cancelled this order IMMEDIATELY after ordering it and somehow it is still available for pick up. HOW!? Nothing about the item, just the service

It works like it's supposed to, nice display. But it won't track me, which i found only the Tread models do. But those are extremely expensive and i can't afford. Might as well buy a tablet and just blue tooth onX to it.

I have used a GPS for years and have been very happy with the Garmin brand until this one. It was the only one that they had in stock when mine went bad, so I thought why not? It is the worst GPS I have every had the misfortune to use, You have to take too many steps to get anywhere with it, I like a simple tell me where I need to go and get me there GPS. About a third of the oversized screen is taken up by the trip data. Wasted space. I would not recommend this to anyone. I will continue to use the Garmin Brand. I did use it on three long trips thinking it would get better, it locked up and had to be restarted 3 different times. Not worth the money.

it is a good GPS as far as I was able to use it but I returned it because it would not connect to any of the devices I have since it was specifically made for iPhone or iPad. I use Android devices so I was not able to really use it to the full extent. I would recommend it if you use iPhone or iPad devices.

IT TOOK US THROUGH WYOMING. NEEDED TO GO THROUGH DENVER TO SIOUX FALLS. SOME FUN OUT OF THE WAY ROADS. WE RETURNED IT, AFTER FINDING 5 DIFFERENT WAYS TO GO FROM OUR HOTEL TO OUR SONS HOUSE OVER 5 DAYS. GETTING BACK WAS DIFFERENT EACH TIME.

Just aveage, nothing favorable that I can think of. Sometimes, unable to find an address.

It was fast but After updates, the GPS become very slow

We had to return the 1st GPS since it would only allow us to enter 1 or 2 addresses at a time. On the 3rd one it would re-boot itself and would not accept any more address. Sometimes it would if it was reconnected to Garmin Express. Garmin customer service didn't have any other solution but to return it for another. The second one has the same problem. Also it drained the battery just setting on the desk for about 10 days. We are really disappointed in the 2 GPS units we obtained. I hope Garmin figures out the problem and fixes it soon.

Touch pad hard to use usually not a problem reported this.

This GPS is expensive but I ordered it because I do travel a lot because of my job ,but it doesn’t give me the traffic information I need, My older Garmin GPS does give me all the information ahead on the interstate I’m traveling on ,I have wasted my money I wish I could return it,it’s been 3 weeks.

Overpriced, screen a little small, does not have enough functions for the cost.

Decent but laggy. Continues to update when using during napping
