awesome resolution and better calibration than earlier DriveSmart systems

It's not so much the product. It was the gentlemen and my experience with him. I went in with my purchase becuz I was having a hard time figuring it out. I probably wud not have made the return had he not been so rude and not helpful. In all the years I have visited this store.. never ... ever has someone been so dismissive.

Not worth the money. I purchased to use on our month long tv trip. It took me down roads that were closed. When I compared it to my apple map on my I phone there was no comparison. Apple Maps won hands down.

I’m very unhappy with this purchase. Since trying to link to Bluetooth in my car my am/fm radio does not work! Can’t get into see anyone for an appointment until January. Will probably return!

couldn't get the thing to work right, couldn't use it on our trip, will be attempting to return it.

The screen frozen 4 times today and took about 10 minutes to recover. Going to return it!

Love the bigger screen. Works great! Easy to follow the roads shows you that lane to be in better then the phones maps or gps

Garmin 86 is outstanding. It took a while to get it synced with Alexa ; but once I got it paired it has been nice. It is also pretty accurate on location finding. Love the unit.

I wanted a GPS to replace my older one that had become slow and has a small screen. The Garmin 86 looked like a good fit but unfortunately it falls to the common pitfall of companies selling only half finished products. In this case they removed the built in traffic functionality present in older GPS models. Those have the traffic antenna built into the charger cable. For no reason that I can understand this one lacks the antenna and is not natively compatible with the old charger (Mini USB cable but USB C GPS plug). You can receive traffic through your phone but then you might as well use GPS maps on your phone and not spend over $300. I'm getting a stand alone GPS because I don't want to use my phone, so why should I have to use my phone? Thankfully the traffic feature isn't absolutely necessary, but it is very useful and to make a GPS that doesn't natively include this functionality is extremely bizarre. I can't recommend this GPS.

The unit is much better than my car's built in navigation. Ordering online was easy and pick-up was a breeze.

Had trouble with my first 86, took it to the Plover store, they asked a few questions, and gave me a new one. It works great, I am very happy. Thanks Best Buy Plover.

The gps is major great for what is does in my SUV. The best!

It works well and can get you where you want to go without much difficulty. The display is big enough to see what you need to see.

Love the app that allows me to make my own route. My job requires me to take a specific route (not the suggested route on gps). I can program each trip and save it.

Love it as bigger 3D mapping very easy to see and directions

Easy to use and love the screen. The only thing I was disapointed in is that you don't carry a dash mount for this item.
