We have purchased a number of Garmin GPS over the years and have had good usage from them. This is definitely the best one ever. The 8" screen is easy to read.

This gps is the best I've owned. It traces where you have been and shows a trail on the map. It also has voice recognition. This is an awesome Garmin gps!

I bought this for my MIL. Haven't had any complaints and it was pretty easy to setup. Glad we got this for her so she can navigate out of state.

Pretty good when it's working, I love the big interface and the integration with the app that can be heard through my cars bluetooth connection. The down side for this device is if its left in the car and the sun heats it up will cause a malfunction where it will not turn on until hours or a day later. The touch screen stopped working for me I had to send it back to Garmin and get a replacement. This is a pricey unit did not expect to have so many issues within the first month of ownership.

The unit looks sleek. Touch screen is responsive. However, the unit heats up a lot. Mapping is horrendous, even after the map update, it continuously route me through closed off roads (as in closed for 2 years due to construction), directs me to drive street going the wrong way. Speed limits displayed on screen is often time correct and GPS is often by 1/4 mile. I was hoping that it had a way to navigate complex intersection; nope (only in same cities). Maps are just too old. After a week of giving it a chance, I will be returning. I just don't trust it to take with me on a road trip. Android auto and Google map do it better at a fraction of the cost.

Really enjoy the directions given when I travel to new areas. So many great additional features as well. My personal favorite is my speed is much more visual to me.

It works and functions just I had hoped. we needed a back up camera plus a navi system in our older motorhome.

I like the geeks that work thier very knowledgeable get your problem fixed because this technology is complicated

The device works fairly well overall, but the navigation could be more efficient. When I make a wrong turn, it takes a noticeable amount of time to update and recalculate the route. The touchscreen responsiveness could also be improved. With some software and interface refinements, this could be a much better product.

Im not totaly use to using it but i noticed heading to an airport in ny from 60 miles away it stared me off in the wrong direction when the highway was five miles from my house

This is our 3rd Garmin GPS, so have used them for a number of years. This unit works somewhat similar to the first 2, but is also enough different that there is a learning curve which continues. The new unit is a bit quicker and does respond well to voice commands. Was easy to get save places from our older unit installed on this one.
