Pretty good when it's working

The down side for this device is if its left in the car and the sun heats it up will cause a malfunction where it will not turn on until hours or a day later. The touch screen stopped working for me I had to send it back to Garmin and get a replacement. This is a pricey unit did not expect to have so many issues within the first month of ownership.

When you are to get on an upcoming off ramp, it shows a little bitty square screen on the right side, The Garmin Drivesmart 65, and 75 both show a wide long rectangle screen on right side. The 86 is bigger than both of the other two GPS's so why such a small screen? 2. I didn't like the screw tighten holder, If you need to adjust the screen for glare, or tilt up or down, you have to lossen / unscrew the holder to do it. I've had several Garmin GPS's highly recommend the Drivesmart 76, that I got when taking this one back.

But when it comes to looking for businesses, I found about five of them that have been shut up for over eight years and Garman still shows that they’re still in business Very disappointing.

The Garmin Drive app is easy to set up, just link your alexa account and your ready to go. Its all voice, so just say "Hey Garmin" and say where you want to go or say a specific place. Its that easy.
