I have many watches, but this is my favorite one for work. I’m actually a firefighter and allows me to roam around the mountains without getting lost. Best thing about this watch, that it assisted me with saving one of my firefighters when he went down on a fire assignment. I had no GPS on hand and this watch allow me to give coordinates to air attack and dispatch a helicopter to my location. I was able to short haul my guy to safety.

I returned for the same watch but the 47mm. I want it more for golf and I thought the 51mm and band width would become an issue during the summer heat. The 47 mm seems to be a perfect size, very light weight and the face size is perfect. For the 47mm I’d give it a 5 star. Just got the Garmin Range finder z30 which will Bluetooth to the Garmin Fenix 8 watch.

Watch face is bright even in direct sunlight, the AMOLED display uses more battery than my old garmin Fenix 7X, but it still lasts 16 days of.battery life.

After using an Apple Watch for over a decade, I like this one. My Apple Watch's ability to monitor my pulse rate when working out is always a challenge for me.The Garmin watch has now resolved the issue.Additionally, the run's accuracy is superior to that of the Apple Watch.I also enjoy the statistics on the watch and the Garmin Connect after working out.

I bought this watch for weight training and calorie tracking and it has exceeded my expectations. You can set your workout in the app, send to the waych and it guides you through everything including rest periods! It is so simple to set treadmill running intervals directly from your wrist. The battery life is so long you rarely have to charge it.

This watch is amazing. The battery life is insane how long it last. The fit and finish is above all other watches in its class. I would 100% recommend this watch if you are thinking about buying one.

The watch performs solidly, and the battery is amazing. After a year of owning this watch, the battery (fully charged) lasts me 27 days - HUGE. I love the rugged look of the watch. It's not very intuitive and takes awhile to learn how the buttons work. After a year I still find myself referring back to YouTube for how to do something.

Great watch, personally love the size. Got it to keep track of heart rate and ECG. Really love the fact that the battery last almost a month instead of having to charger daily from other ones i have had. Only thingi don't like is the band. But already looking to replace it with an aftermarket one.

This is my 4th Garmin watch and I am blown away by how far the technology embedded in the Fenix 8 has reached. All Garmin watches I have had have been solid and reliable products. I walk, swim, hike, sleep and shower with them and have never had any issues whatsoever - battery life is excellent, syncing with the Garmin Connect app is smooth and the watches withstand the rigors of 24/7 non-stop use for years (I had the Fenix 5X Plus previously with zero problems during the four years of continuous use). I highly recommend this watch.

II'm in love with it. I had to skip a mortgage payment and purchase it—one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love the watch, though.

The bttery life is anazing!! So may sports to track available via connect app. I swapped from my iwatch ultra. The rugged build of the watch gives me confidence to really get out there and explore.

It’s my second garment wow so impressed with this new one so many features great battery life still learning so many compliments. Love it going hiking in a couple weeks. Can’t wait to use the GPS.

I debated this for a little bit and decided to pull the trigger and get this watch. I am blown away by it the way it feels the way it works the way it looks it really is an exceptional watch. I loved my Epix Pro, and still do but once I had this watch on my wrist I know it wasn't going to go back. It's pricey No Doubt but Garmin really puts out great stuff and this is top of the line. Used to be a G-Shock guy but now it's nothing but garmin's

Fenix 8 Amoled, it is best in class and it fulfills all my requirements

Absolutely amazing watch! Garmin has made such a fantastic product. Everything about this watch I enjoy. The only downside is the price.

Great upgrade from the Fenix 7x solar, screen is great with wonderful battery life too!

I’ve had the Fenix 6x for several years- really like the Garmins for Obstacle couse racing and daily running/workouts. These things are built to take the punishment and do everything I want. Great battery life and almost indestructible screen. Upgraded to the 8 recently, and I’m happy with the move. Some nice additions- I like the color screen and the flashlight comes in handy.
