I bought this as a gift for my husband (46 y.o), he absolutely loves it! The display is bright and large enough that he can actually see it clearly on his wrist. The fenix watch looks intentional and reflects his athletic, adventurous style while still satisfying the tech-y side of him. The downloadable maps for Garmin trails are fantastic and it makes navigation so much easier. Most importantly, the build quality is outstanding! He hasn’t broken it yet and still holding up flawlessly! The battery life is exceptional too. Compared to the competitor watch he had before, this is in a completely different league. Highly recommend!

The Garmin Fenix 8 AMOLED is a great all-around smartwatch. It fits really well on my wrist and feels comfortable for every kind of activity — whether I’m running, hiking, cycling, or just wearing it every day. The AMOLED screen looks sharp and bright, and all the features are super useful. Overall, it’s a solid watch for all activities and I’m happy with it.

My fenix 8 is awesome. Battery life seems to be good even running the GPS & blood oxygen, altitude climbing is spot on.

Great device, premium gps watch, It works for any sport or activity where you need it.

This is an outstanding watch. I was using Apple Watch Altra but this is better in terms of GPS accuracy and battery life is significantly better, Give you a run for your money.

I bought this watch for weight training and calorie tracking and it has exceeded my expectations. You can set your workout in the app, send to the waych and it guides you through everything including rest periods! It is so simple to set treadmill running intervals directly from your wrist. The battery life is so long you rarely have to charge it.

I've been using the Garmin Fenix 8 Pro for several months and find if extremely reliable. The addition of a bright AMOLED screen finally make this device great for indoor and outdoor use, all without sacrificing battery life. In addition to this, a built-in light makes this device a perfect companion for practically all occasions.

I’ve had the Fenix 6x for several years- really like the Garmins for Obstacle couse racing and daily running/workouts. These things are built to take the punishment and do everything I want. Great battery life and almost indestructible screen. Upgraded to the 8 recently, and I’m happy with the move. Some nice additions- I like the color screen and the flashlight comes in handy.

Perfect if you use maps a lot for work. Battery life last almost a momth so no need to charge everyday. Gives you readings on almost everything needed to know about your health. One of the best watches ive purchased.

Does a great job with the functions described. Fits comfortably and only complaint is that to look at what options are available for the nickel contacts on the back of the watch if you are allergic. Battery life is insanely good.

Very pleased with this Fenix 8. This is my second Garmin and owned multiple Apple Watches over the years, my most recent an Ultra 2. I appreciate the build quality and battery life of this watch. It serves as a “stand alone” watch very effectively and for my needs it allows me to put my phone down or away and still get the majority of the smart watch benefits I like.

Excellent watch. My first one. Battery life is awesome! Had to watch some videos on how to use it but once you understand how it operates, it’s pretty easy. Very happy with my purchase!

writing this review after getting frustrated with whoop subscription , apple watch letting me down with only single band accuracy for runs and only basic health info. Garmin Fenix 8 is by far most accurate watch in terms of all data , maintaining 95-98% . while apple watch at 89-94% accuracy . Compatible with strava , has offline maps with topo , and mic , speakerphone . ECG app is not FDA approved . NASA just partnered up with Garmin and planning Fenix 8 for astronauts . Battery life ? well you will forget charging

The bttery life is anazing!! So may sports to track available via connect app. I swapped from my iwatch ultra. The rugged build of the watch gives me confidence to really get out there and explore.

I have many watches, but this is my favorite one for work. I’m actually a firefighter and allows me to roam around the mountains without getting lost. Best thing about this watch, that it assisted me with saving one of my firefighters when he went down on a fire assignment. I had no GPS on hand and this watch allow me to give coordinates to air attack and dispatch a helicopter to my location. I was able to short haul my guy to safety.

Watch face is bright even in direct sunlight, the AMOLED display uses more battery than my old garmin Fenix 7X, but it still lasts 16 days of.battery life.

Absolutely amazing watch! Garmin has made such a fantastic product. Everything about this watch I enjoy. The only downside is the price.
