I started hiking everyday and its just great to track my hike. It tells me how much time, track my trail, and intensity. In addition it customizable so you can add other trackers to activities that you do. I highly recommend purchasing this watch

The solar charging is a bit slow to build that battery back up, but everything tracking wise is definitely accurate! I don't have the largest wrist by any means and the fit is spot on and comfortable. I also dig the simplicity of this watch and once you get the hang of the controls it is quick and easy to get where you want to go in it.

The standard Instinct is a wonderful watch and the solar feature just takes it to another level.
