Great GPS for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the GPS for a trip to Dallas, TX and it worked flawlessly. Voice directions was not annoying the split screen for exiting/entering ramps were dead-on correct. While in Dallas, would not give direction for a new neighborhood that we were able to find on the iPhone Google Maps, but a quick update quickly corrected that. I recently updated my BMW X5 Navigator and that did not include the Dallas updates that Garmin supplied. That's a plus for Garmin/NavTeq and a negative for whomever map service BMW uses. If not for having an additional contraption attached to my windshield (Radar Detector, Toll bug, etc) I would rather use this than the built-in GPS. I bought this for when I rent cars instead of paying their daily fee and after testing now for about a month, I have no issues.

Great GPS

I really like how it shows you images of what the exit will look like. Garmin always makes a nice GPS.

Maps on ours were badly out of date.

Again and again we found its directions out of date and sometimes wrong. For example, the Kokomo by-pass was not known, though that is about three years old. We are going to request that the dealer update our unit for free. A new unit should not be that much out of date.

Good GPS

It was important to me that it could be used with Bluetooth. Each time I've tried to set it up with the Bluetooth in my car it says it is not compatible with my car. This seems strange since my car is 2015 model year.... Otherwise it's good.
