Great GPS-Great Features-Great Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my new GARMIN Nuvi 2597 LMT 5" GPS, My old Nuvi was pretty outdated,(But still working) and I got this one as a Birthday gift. The large touchscreen is more user friendly. The Lifetime map updates are going to be useful. And The "VOICE COMMAND" is a great way to operate the unit. Overall I would definitely recommend this GPS.

Does the job but has some quirks

Also, we have to make sure it is always plugged in to the power source because the battery life is almost non-existent.

It will talk to you and show the exits the way you'll see them in real life so you know what lane to be in, so you can relax and stay safe.

Less expencive than On Star

The one thing they don't know why it doesn't recognize my voice, maybe it's because it sounds kinda like a kids voice is all I can figure but I like the fact I can get up dates for ever and instead of paying $399 every year I pay once I believe $299 that is a great savings.
