Garmin Nuvi 2689LMT

Directions in "Garmin Real Directions" are easy to follow and understand. Voice commands are helpful, but some minor problems in noisy environment. Windshield mount is secure and easy to use.

I like the ability to connect to my phone and be able to send locations to it. The only thing I miss from my old Tom Tom was the ability to show multiple info points like current time, arrival time, total distance left, all at the same time, You get to see one of them.

Looking forward to being guided around Europe. Rental companies charge an outrageous amount, so even a week and it pays for itself.

Garmin - nüvi 2689LMT 6 GPS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this GPS because our old one was just that "Old" This one has a nice big display with lifetime map updates and also traffic updates. It also has bluetooth but neither my wife or myself have any idea how to use that feature. The instruction book is not the best as far as being easy to read. Not just that the print is so small, it is confusing combining a varity of languages. Very large easy to use screen which hasn't needed a manual to set the destination and get directions. I imagin this unit holds alot more treasures, just can't figure out how to access them. With a price tag of $249.99 seems the price is higher than the benefits. I can recommend this product only if you are able to wait for it to be on sale.

Originally I was going to use my phone, but it has been known to take me to the wrong places so I needed something reliable! This has been very reliable getting me to my destinations quickly!
