So much of the setup in previous GPS units took much longer and reading a overblown manual.. Simple setup, simple to use and a overall excellent product.

So not impressed!! If I did'nt have it past the return time, believe me, it would be back in the store!! If you don't drive 10 to 20 mph don't get this one!! And alot of addresses you put into it, they don't register. But they did on other friends of my mine with different GPSes.

Since I've owned Garmins before, I decided to look for the same. Great, big screen. Easy to use. Love it!

It turned out that it was only the power cord that needed to be replaced. However, I am very glad that I got this new Garmin, since it has nicer features and a larger screen. I will always consider this brand.

I was surprised that there were not more menu options. Overall for the price, I was somewhat disappointed. However, it does have an awesome screen, voice navigation is good, and there are fun options you can add to the device when connected to a internet ready device. Blue tooth works, but some of my devices were not supported.

Posted .Thank you for the review. I'd just like to address the issues you're having with Voice Command. If the device is having difficulty understanding what you're saying, there are a few steps listed below to ensure optimum performance.
o Minimize ambient noise (e.g., car stereo, cell phones, speaking passengers, rolled down windows, etc...) which can muffle or drown out the speaker
o Speak in a normal tone of voice; yelling can distort the voice
o Speak at about the same distance away from the device as you would be when sitting in your car. Speaking directly into the microphone can distort the voice
o Set the device's text and voice languages to the same language you'll be using with the voice command
o The selected voice language must be a Text-To-Speech (TTS) language
o Use the voice recognition feature frequently! Our devices will adapt to the speaker's voice and accent over multiple uses
o If another user speaks to the device, the nuvi will gradually adapt to their voice as well
o Keeping the software up-to-date and following the tips above will help improve the overall performance for your device's voice recognition. This is best done by using Garmin Express at http://www.garmin.com/express
