I had bought a Garmin 7 years ago and liked it. Now they offer free map updates. For the price of an update on my original Garmin is how much I paid for this. Garmins are far superior than Google maps with updates and usability. Great GPS.

Very good product, I love that the screen is wide , and it's easy to understand the menu. Never lost signal while I was on the road.

I love this GPS-it downloaded on my computer with ease, and mounting and using it is a breeze. For the price, this GPS is fantastic!

I did read all the reviews online regarding various navigation systems, this one was rated as being the simplest to use and was rated the highest. My husband requested it for a Christmas gift and was thrilled with his present.

Purchased this as a Christmas present for my grandson as my husband and I have found it to be very helpful. I have only had two instances where it sent me to an incorrect location in the several years that we have had ours.

It was a gift for my Grandmother and she loves it! To date she has not had any complaints about the devise.

Great sound, awesome price. I wanted this music system for a while and when I purchased it I was not disappointed. I wish Sony would make a retro boombox similar to this but portable with batteries. Love it. Thank you Best Buy.

Bought the garmin nuvi 55LM, it works fine, just what we were looking for a low cost GPS. Took sometime for it to connect to sattelite, once ready it has been working fine.

Great product, features I like are: # shows speed limit and speed of your car # auto off on turning off ignition # save recent searches # voice direction is very clear

I purchased this Garmin GPS to replace an older GPS we have. I like it so far and like the fact that it has life time updates.

I bought this GPS for my wife as she needs something easier to operate than a smartphone mapping app, and wanted something always in the car. Plus we own Garmin stock and are used to how the controls operate. This GPS works fine, but once in a while goes haywire and wants us to drive through a field somewhere. In a normal urban/suburban setting it's fine. To us the screen size is optimal - large enough to be able to reach and operate while on the move, but not too large to block the view or be obtrusive.

This is a very useful and Handy Product. Perfect for Long Trips. Works even at places where Google Maps and Apple Maps lose Signal

I bought this because our first one quit working. I need a gps for my job, and this works great. It even tells me when I will be entering a school zone. My old one did not. I have no compllaints at all with this unit.

I bought this GPS for my son for Christmas. It works good but he has not used it that much yet. I received the item as expected and it was very well packaged..

I previously owned a Garmin nuvi 1450 LMT. The 1450 was easier to use , more intuitive, and faster to find an address. There is nothing wrong with the 55LM, it's just just that I owned the 1450 first and was spoiled.

The Garmin works great and gets me where I need to be. It is soooo much more convenient than using my Iphone 4, (which does not have Sirri), and is hands free once programed to destination , so much safer for me.

Good device. Learned after purchase that the LM and LMT have different protocols. My old Garmin had traffic and mpg readouts.

Disappointed that I can't search for locations along route, or at my destination like my old GPS. I try to look up stores that have been built for a couple years and they are not listed, the GPS needs updated maps

I needed the GPS before going out of state on business. It came in very handy. It showed me where local restaurants were and I could find gas stations easily.
